5.00Benus is a very pleasant guide. He arrives on time and very understanding when I said Im afraid of heights and cannot climb anymore during the park tour of Victoria Falls. He has been very helpful with information on hand and even reminded me if my passport is with me during the Chobe visit. It will be a pleasure to recommend the tour with others.

5.00We were collected from our lodge by Benos who was very friendly and very smartly dressed. Benos was also the tour guide - he was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions and was happy to take photos of us. Although I had visited the Falls on a previous occasion a few years ago, I felt I learned more this time round so the tour was well worth it.

5.00This is a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide was outstanding. He was super patient, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. My son and I had such an amazing time that we will only use this tour company and guide when we are in and around Zambia. We loved it and look forward to returning next year.

5.00Our guide Benos, was amazing. We had originally just booked an airport transfer with this company, but Benos was so polite, professional and just had such a good knowledge of what would make a good vacation, that we asked him to plan our vacation for us on the ride to the hotel. He was so helpful and everything went very smoothly. We ended up touring the falls from both sides that same day. It was incredible. Both guides were knowledgeable and happily encouraged us to take our time and take many photos. Then we ended up doing a walk with Lions tour and a rhino walk and safari. All were excellent. We can highly recommend Benos and his team to give you a once in a lifetime experience of Zambia, and an easy passport/visa experience to see the Zimbabwe as well.

5.00This was a great tour, well worth the price! The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the driver was timely and drove safely. I had a beautiful tour that took me to several scenic spots, and the guide was helpful in getting great pictures. I also got a nice history of the falls and the area. What a great tour!

5.00I sincerely recommend a guide! We travelled to three countries: Namibia-Botswana-Zambia. Benos is the best guide for all travel when I took a personal guide) Always in a white shirt and in a great mood, full attention to us tourists, even fruit for us bought at the local market. In general, my most sincere recommendations for the Russians - if you want to have a cool trip, then turn to Benos!
