June is wonderful! He is so well informed and gave a balanced account of North and South Korean history. He showed us some lovely local history as well as talked us through South Korean history.. I really enjoyed the walk which was about 1 1/2 miles. There were lots of

Even though there was a good chill in the air, I'm so happy I went on this tour! June was a great mix of engaging and informative for the entire duration. Was also super sweet of him to bring heat packs for everyone to have that warm relief as we trekked around. I've booked the tour for a couple of my friends for their upcoming trip to Korea and would overall highly recommend doing it if you have the chance. Such value for the money and really gave great insight into how Korean society functions/mindset behind those workings!

This tour was awesome! We can’t believe how much information our guide, June, managed to convey in just a few hours—he covered everything from Confucianism to coffee and did a great job answering the many questions people asked. We know that we just scratched the surface of Korean culture, but this was a great start to our week in Seoul. We hope this type of tour is offered in the next city we visit!

An in-depth tour of Seoul with a kind and knowledgeable local guide and historian! Great value as well! My husband and I are in our early 30s and we enjoy learning about the history, politics and “the real side” of a country beyond regular shopping and tourist attractions. June put together a thoughtful and insightful tour (not to mention good value)! The tour is well run and we were able to learn so much more about the place (Hanok village, US and ex-Japan embassies) than we would have without a guide. Despite the cold and rainy weather the day we did the tour (in mid december), the two-hour walk was manageable and didn’t feel long. I’d recommend this tour to everyone!

Really appreciated my tour with June! His explanations were super clear and funny at times. Felt like I was listening to a really well done lecture. I learned a lot about the history of Korea and how that affects present day.
