Ha Giang

Start the day with a local breakfast and arrange everything you will need to take for the tour. First you will ride through Bac Sum Pass on the way to the first viewpoint, Heaven’s Gate. At an altitude of 1,500m it offers a view of the twin mountains of Quan Ba. Continuing on through Yen Minh, you will pass the pine forests before stopping for lunch and a rest in Yen Minh town. After lunch you will ride to Tham Ma slope. A beautiful section of road that snakes up the mountain with a viewpoint looking back down through the valley. Next stop is to explore Hmong King’s Palace. A 100 year old palace that was used by the Hmong King in the past. You will arrive in Dong Van town going directly to the homestay where you can shower, change and relax before dinner.

Quan Ba Heaven Gate

Quan Ba Heaven Gate, also known as Quan Ba Pass, stands as one of the first sights on the Ha Giang Loop, situated approximately 47 km away from Ha Giang City. From the summit of this pass, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Ha Giang mountains, offering a glimpse of the landscapes you'll explore during your journey along the loop in the coming days.

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark

Located in the province of Ha Giang, Dong Van offers a blend of cultural experiences and natural beauty. Its bustling local ethnic market, held every Sunday, is a vibrant display of traditions and customs. Wander through the cozy Old Quarter, filled with charming buildings and it is the start of the famous Ma Pi Leng Pass. As a popular overnight stop along the Ha Giang Loop, Dong Van is a must-visit destination.

Ma Pi Leng Pass

Ma Pi Leng Pass, known as the most stunning pass in Vietnam, is a captivating part of the famous Ha Giang Loop. Situated along the road between Dong Van and Meo Vac, it offers breathtaking and epic views of the surrounding landscape. Driving or riding through this mountainous route is an unforgettable experience that showcases the natural beauty of Ha Giang province.

Lung Ho

Situated atop a pass on the route from Mau Due to Du Gia, Lung Ho offers a breathtaking viewpoint characterized by the presence of majestic conical mountains in the distance. These distinctively-shaped mountains are a hallmark of the karst landscape found in this region.

Du Gia

Du Gia is a charming commune that offers an authentic and off-the-beaten-track experience for travelers. This hidden gem is surrounded by stunning rice fields and inhabited by various ethnic groups. You can immerse yourself in the unique local culture, stay in traditional homestays, and explore the breathtaking landscapes.

Lung Tam Village

Located in Ha Giang province, Lung Tam Linen Weaving Village is more than just a destination; it's an experience. Home to the Hmong community, this quaint village serves as a living testament to the enduring art of linen weaving and the preservation of age-old customs.

Ha Giang

In the morning you will have breakfast at the homestay. You can then change clothes and head to the Du Gia waterfall to swim and relax. Before lunch there is a chance to walk around and explore the village seeing the rice fields and how the locals live. Before leaving Du Gia you will have lunch. After lunch we will head to Lung Tam, a beautiful ride following the river. Heading back to Ha Giang we will stop in Boong Waterfall. Arriving in Ha Giang with time for you to relax and shower in time for the night bus.
