2.00We booked a transfer from Hanoi to Hi Giang because of all the positive reviews. Driver arrived on time. Car was pleasant and clean. However, his driving was aggressive to the point where it was a very uncomfortable 5.5 hour trip. We had grown accustomed to the type of driving in Vietnam by this point; this was over the time aggressive to where my girlfriend and I both felt unsafe. He seemed upset that he had to drive us this distance. We had a transfer booked back from Ha Giang but cancelled it and booked another company due to this poor experience. Two stars instead of one because we arrived alive.

5.00If you ever wanted to experience time travel, this is the transport company for you. Blink and you'll be at your destination in no time at all. Pick up from the airport was easy and seem less. We were also upgraded to a nicer vehicle than we had booked. The driver was very considerate and found a great restaurant for us to break up the drive. We ended up safely and efficiently at our hotel without the usual hassle of travel fatigue. Thank you for a great transportation option!
