Amazing ski progress

5.00Our 4 year old grandson made astonishing progress with Kate who helped him go from baby slopes to being able to do red slopes in just a few half day lessons. He is now a confident well controlled and rapid skier thanks to Kate’s expert and sympathetic teaching. We were also sent videos of his progress which amused and amazed us in equal measure.

5.00My family and I just got back from a magical week in Verbier. Whilst my wife and daughter skied with Jonatan (separate review) Stuart Robinson looked after me, as he did last year. Yet again he managed to take me from a stumbling wreck to a fairly passable parallel skier with occasional bouts of dreamy linked-up carved turns on the quieter slopes. Stuart goes the extra mile with patience, persuasion and always with a great sense of humour. In one of the busiest weeks of the year he was able to tailor the lessons to the conditions and to our unreasonable demands. Thank you Stuart and see you next year…

5.00We’ve been so impressed with European Snowsport but particularly our girl’s instructor, Moa Karlsson. She has been fantastic all week, despite the really challenging conditions. We would highly recommend her.

5.00Our children (5 and 7) enjoyed a 3 hour private lesson with Moa (on Sunday afternoon) ahead of ski school. Moa was so wonderful with the kids (who had only used the dry slopes previously) — So kind, gentle, full of tips and tricks (not just for skiing but also in ensuring they were fully engaged), and so positive. The children were naturally nervous beforehand, but Moa instantly put their minds at ease with her calmness and absolute focus on them. They felt totally safe (with Moa) and so were in the best frame of mind to learn and enjoy the experience. They had a fantastic time, and it was so beautiful to see their smiles during and after the lesson. Every minute was enjoyed — it was the perfect introduction to skiing form then and a wonderful confidence boost ahead of ski school. Thanks Moa!

5.00Our children have recently finished 5 days of ski school here with Kate. Children are 6 and 5 years old. They have absolutely loved it, their skiing has improved massively and they have throughly enjoyed their time skiing in verbier. We have used a number of ski schools in Switzerland, France and Austria and our experience this last week has been by far the best. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good ski school with a personal service and especially for those with young children

5.00I was doing my first ski lesson after trying skiing once seven years ago, so I was quite nervous to start! Matilde was absolutely fantastic and really helped me understand skiing from the beginning. She was incredibly patient and super helpful throughout the whole lesson which made a huge difference to my confidence. Matilde is a fab instructor and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

His expertise and patience have really made a difference in our progress. He knows how to adapt to our level and makes each lesson both informative and fun. We highly recommend this school and, in particular, James, to anyone who wishes to improve their skiing in a beautiful setting!
