What To Expect
Panama Canal
After pick up from your accommodation in downtown of Panama City, we will take you to the Panama Canal Visitors Center at Miraflores Locks where we will see together the ships going through the Canal and discuss about the history of the Canal and how it works. This visit is complemented by watching a short movie.
Amador Causeway (Calzada de Amador)
After visiting the Panama Canal, we will go through Balboa and Canal Zone, former USA territory in Panama, in our way to the Amador Causeway, a road connecting to 3 islands at the entrance of the Panama Canal. This is a place with beautiful landscapes at the ocean, perfect for great pictures of the Panama City's skyline.

5.00Excellent city tour of Panama City. Our guide was Fernando who had the patience and never rushed us over time. Very concerned, friendly and knowledgeable about the history and the city. We arrived just in time to see the crossing of a boat through the miraflores excluses. Nice tour to know the essentials of Panama City in half a day. Excellent option and highly recommended

5.00I had a wonderful time with Cesar. I was able to view all of Panama City and also the Panama Canal. He was extremely patient with us and even allowed me to stop at a special souvenir store that was on the way. Cesar was so funny. He made me laugh and it was a really good time. I feel like I have a new friend in Panama. Great time!
Our private tour felt like we met up with our local friend. Definitely, recommend!

5.00First of all, I booked before visiting Panama and the communication was so prompt and helpful despite the late hour. On the day of our tour Demetrio was fun, informative and so patient (we spent forever deciding on what souvenirs to buy). It felt like we were with our friend and not a guide. He was also really good at helping us capture some great photos. Overall, the experience was excellent from the assistance with the booking process, to the fun and informative day of the tour. Having a vehicle take us around also helped with cooling down as the day got hotter. Definitely would recommend using Safe Transportation for a city tour!
