The experience was great! Our tour guide was very fun and informative. The caves were spectacular. My only advice for anyone visiting would be that the boat ride at the end is not worth a long wait in line.

The caves were absolutely breathtaking! Amazing what nature can do. They were VERY crowded though and we didn’t have much time to stop to take pictures so we wouldn’t slow down the traffic even more. The concert was nice at the end, but I was a bit annoyed by all the kids/babies whining. That’s all we could hear on top of the music… so I guess I would say this is NOT a kid friendly activity unless your children can stay quiet during the concert at the end… Some people had to switch bus for the transfer back to their hotel but our guide made sure everyone knew if they had to stay on the same bus or not. Overall, I was happy with the tour and I am glad I did it!

We had a great time! The directions to get to the pick up point were a little vague, but we were able to find it. The bus trip was delightful with the guide passing along information about the people and buildings along the route. The caves were delightful and worth the trip. The little concert at the end of the tour was fantastic!

Please careful when booking with side tours. We had a lovely time at the caves of Drach in Majorca. The caves were outstanding! The problem arose when our tour guide told us we need to change buses. On boarding the new bus I asked to confirm it was the correct bus for our hotel and gave the stop we needed. The tour guide confirmed. After 40 minutes on the buses things did not look correct. I asked the driver who spoke little English he said the bus was Magaluf. Told us to get off the bus in the middle of nowhere with no idea where we were. No help or information. I managed to find a bus taking us back to the place where we changed buses and found WiFi in McDonald to search for a way home. This whole experience was stressful and cost more than should have as we were all inclusive and had to buy food drinks and bus fares. We lost half a day of our holiday. The next day all Sidetours would offer was a hop on hope off bus tour as compensation to use on our last day. No refund offered even for the extra costs paid out. We declined the bus tour as we had had enough of buses around Palma trying to get back to our hotel. I sent an email but only got you were offered a bus trip and I refused it and that was all they were offering. I do hope this never happens to anyone else especially someone who is new to travel or not internet wise. I am not one to post bad reviews but felt this could be dangerous if it happened to an older person with no phone. It was also 30 degrees so that could also be an issue.

The caves of Drach are amazing and well worth the trip. The coach picked us up near our hotel (10 mins late, I was starting to worry we had missed it). The tour guide was very friendly but I don’t think the relentless commentary on the way there in 4 different languages was necessary. I didn’t feel rushed on the caves tour at all. This trip is one not to be missed!

Shuttle bus picked up up from our hotel and took us to the port in Palma. There we were sorted into different buses but there was some confusion but eventually it got sorted. An hour later we stopped at the pearl outlet store for browse, use the toilet and get a drink. It was only a short stop. The caves where literally next door but we had to use the coach to get there. We were given our tickets and told we had 1hr 30m to go through the caves and see the concert. We joined the queue of about 500 to 700 people. There is a limit as to how many go in each hour. The caves were amazing. A bit cramped to begin with but once down all the steps people stretched out. We got to the auditorium just before the concert was due to start. All seats looked towards a massive lake. You are NOT allowed to take pictures or video and if you try there are helpers who will tell you off! The cave went dark and 3 boats drifted round a bend to our right. One had the musicians on. They were all lit up with LED lights. The music was enchanting and emotional. It lasted about 12mins with the boat slowly going back to where it came from. You then had the option to take a boat across the lake or take the bridge. The queue for the boats was far to long so we walked but it was still brilliant! 100% worth the trip! Totally unique experience. We got back to our hotel with plenty of time for lunch as well.

Amazing and beautiful experience and natural sight to see. Beautiful due to the boats coming out playing classical music. Natural to see the formations of the stalactites and stalagmites icicle-shaped cave formations.
