You get to see the many beautiful places and scenery that Puerto Rico has to offer as we travel to the Tropical Rainforest Zipline park for your main experience and tour. We will provide you the best transportation service and tour options along the way so you can get the most out of your Puerto Rico trip and experience the island in a safe and secure manner.

We will take you directly to one of the best Zipline Park in Puerto Rico. This is where you get to travel along the canopy of the forest and see the island from a birdseye view. This is an awesome adventure to really immerse yourself in the natural world. Maximum weight limit for this excursion is 250lb.

What To Expect

We provide transportation from your chosen pick-up location or Hotel stay in Puerto Rico to and from all tours we offer. Depending on your pick-up locations, we will drive you through many famous parts of Puerto Rico on your way to Zipline Park for your tour and experience. You will spend about 1 hour each way depending on the traffic.

The experience was amazing! In my opinion it was very well organized. Ruben called me close to 11:50am that he was on his way and we were ready incase of early pick up! At the Zipline the workers were so nice and friendly and funny! Made sure my sisters and I were comfortable and it helped that we all spoke Spanish as it’s the language we are most comfortable. I recommend it and just make sure to have close toe shoes and a comfortable fit.

Well organized and timely. Felt safe the entire time. The instructors were very helpful and nice. There are a total of 8 zip lines, with one being 1500 feet. There are restrooms and vending machines on site.

Overall experience was fun but there a a few things that people should be aware about before giving these people your money. They are lying to you about the timing I booked this tour and it said it was your to five hours but the zip line part it’s self only lasted 45 mins. I had a horrible experience with one of the staff members his name was gylo for being blatantly racist on zip line #7 when I asked politely why he allowed the this white couple with their kids to skip the line his response was in this country We follow rules and he was not extremely rude I was confused because I did not encounter this problem with anyone else but him‼️ also they do not pick you up directly in front of your hotel you have to travel to a destination close which wasn’t such a big problem but given the PRICE OF THIS IT WAS NOT WORTH AT ALL ! And my encounter with that man as a solo traveler was the cherry on top of. I REPEAT BE AWARE THEY ARE LYING ABOUT MOST INFORMATION

This excursion was awesome! The people working were very helpful and nice. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Puerto Rico! Steven the tour bus driver was great too.

Wonderful crew. Beautiful views. Not too extreme but exhilarating. Make sure to wear an old shirt in case of grease from the zipping gear flies off onto you. (Grease did come out of clothing when washed). Highly recommend

Great experience, staff was super friendly and made me feel very at ease and comfortable as this was my first time, I faced on of my fears and I’m so glad I completed all 8 lines! It was amazing, will definitely book again!

The Zipline Park itself was fun, a total of 8 lines. It is a good experience for beginner and experienced zip liners. I suggest booking the experience directly with the Zipline Park and then Ubering to/from the park, cheaper this way. The Ubers are everywhere and affordable. This “Tour” was not a tour, so again just book with the Zipline Park and Uber.

Driver never showed up and we missed the adventure. Viator Customer service not very helpful and used the excuse that they are only a third party working with the company. Took over 30 minutes and back and forth calls with customer service to confirm driver was not going to show up (or they couldn’t locate the driver) so we missed the entire adventure. VIATOR IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
