The tour is great, Sheryl our host was really nice and enthusiastic. She gave us a lot of fun facts. The geysers are beautiful. It will be very cold though early in the morning so prepare yourself for that.

Pukarumi is professional and well organized. Had a pleasant experience with Jeronimo, tour advisor at San Pedro office, patiently explained & helped us to plan our itinerary. Their guides are professional, passionate about nature, knowledgeable about the place. Special shoutout to guide Lorena and Francisco. They are very detail in taking care of us, explaining everything we were amazed, and very personal addressing all our needs. (We booked 6 activities with Pukarumi throughout our 6 days in San Pedro.)

A unique experience, especially at dawn. Seeing the geysers in action is impressive! Anita was excellent, very attentive and careful, in addition to bringing super interesting explanations. Everything was very well organized.

Disappointing tour. Driver, Julio, who seemed to be racing and talking too much to Victoria's guide. The guide few explanations and no content. I thought it was unprepared and professional. Everything was done in a hurry. Visit to a 15 minute village and only the wait in the shopping line was at the same time. We finished the tour at 10:55 when it was planned from 11:30 to 12:00. In short tour very, very loose.

The place is very unique and I loved seeing the geysers up close. The stop at the.Canyon de Guatin was also amazing and we took nice pictures. About the Hernan guide, although very charismatic and funny, I missed more explanations and theoretical/historical information about the locations and elements of the walk. Breakfast was delicious!

Cool experience with knowledgeable guide. Got to see some animals which was not expected. Altitude is no joke so prep early.

This was our third tour with Pukarumi and once again, good communication, well organised and an excellent driver. We were fortunate to have Brandon again for our guide as he really is excellent. Geysers were amazing to see, followed by a substantial breakfast and a visit to Machuca, view of the volcano and the flamingos too.
