Our experience begins with a warm welcome from our team who will guide you throughout this awesome class, describing what we will do in the following few hours. We will start with a tour of our typical terraced gardens, an ancient local cultivation method that represent a resource of sustainability and environmental conservation on the Amalfi Coast. Here we will stroll by and linger at the lemon grove, the olive grove and the vineyard, where you will be provided with significant information on the importance of these groves in the Mediterranean diet and how our worldwide famous Limoncello, olive oil and wine are produced. We will continue our visit to the vegetable garden, and after wearing gloves and collecting wicker baskets, we will proceed with the picking of the freshest seasonal veggies and fragrant herbs that we will later use for the preparation of the delicacies during the class. Once we have put on our kitchen aprons we will be ready to get down to business and learn the secrets of preparing exquisite traditional dishes, which we will then go on to enjoy all together during a wonderful meal accompanied by local wine, limoncello and real Neapolitan espresso.

This was one of our favourite experiences during our trip to Italy. The staff was amazing! The food was 10/10! My teenage daughters said it was the best thing they did all vacation. It is very hot and humid but they offered us umbrellas and as much water as we needed. We don’t drink but the others in the group seemed to enjoy the alcoholic beverages. At the end, we all sat around and ate family style a meal that all the hands and hearts prepared. There was something very special about that. We would highly recommend this experience.

This was THE experience of our trip. Hugo and his team were so dynamic, thoughtful, witty, and sincere. We picked our own vegetables. The team helped us prepare appetizers and then role gnocchi for the most incredible mid-day meal. The views are unreal. The venue is breathtaking.

Great food, wine and an overall fun time. Goran and his crew were great and made things very easy for everyone to have a good time. Plenty of food and wine and laughs. Goran (the good, the bad and the ugly film lover) is a bit of a raconteur and overall great hang. Ask him about his Keanu Reeves run in. Hilarious. You will enjoy this experience.

The cooking class was a truly memorable experience – from start to finish, it’s a real favorite! To get there from the village of Amalfi, you have to walk or take the bus. We chose the walk (about 40 minutes uphill) – it’s good, but you have to plan the time. On arrival, visit the beautiful gardens, then head to the kitchen, installed outside but well shaded, so very nice even in strong heat. The organization is excellent, and the welcome is warm: the owner, chef Adriane and host Francesca are funny, dynamic and very attentive. Wine at will, delicious dishes, festive atmosphere: we had a lot of fun! Small downside: the end of the activity was a bit rushed – not really had time to thank or say goodbye to the group. Maybe we took too much time in the kitchen, but we had so much fun! A golf kart was kindly offered to get back down to the village in time for our ferry (€10 per person)– really convenient! Only downside: the garden guide, a little rigid, seemed less appreciative of our good mood, but the rest of the team was charming. In summary: an activity not to be missed if you pass through Amalfi. Good food, nice view, laughter... and wine!

Absolutely amazing experience! Our 3 hosts were absolutely incredible, they brought so much knowledge to the class and entertainment as well! Ivan( if spelling correctly) was absolutely hysterical and made the class so enjoyable! We made so many appetizers that we were barely hungry for the main course! The wine was delicious as well, and there was an endless amount of it! The view is stunning and they set you up to eat with your group, who we enjoyed a lot! We ended the classes with many Limencello shots! 1000/10 recommend!!!
