Learn traditional miso making techniques and create your own 1kg batch of miso to take home. (Your miso will require several months of fermentation before it's ready to enjoy.)

5.00Started the tour with our amazing guide very knowledgeable, after we headed to lunch had the best noodles lunch was so goood ! Starting with miso experience We had a great time learning a lot about miso and tasting different types , was amazing to be able to make our own batch they were very patient and answered all our questions . Plus giving us some miso to take home ❤️ Definitely recommend this experience was different, light and full of knowledge.
