What To Expect
Once you've cleared customs and immigration and collected your luggage, please head outside the airport terminal to Umbrella #10. Our friendly EPIC staff will be waiting to assist you. Upon arrival, you'll receive your Return Transfer Voucher and confirm your return time with no hassle and no need for phone calls. Your transportation will be in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles, driven by a certified, bilingual driver for your comfort and convenience. On your departure day, please be at the Lobby Exit at the time specified on your Return Transfer Voucher. Your driver will be holding an EPIC sign and will look for you. Please be punctual, as we pride ourselves on being always on time. It’s our privilege to provide you with seamless round-trip transportation during your Vacation in Paradise.

5.00Booked private transportation from the airport to Hard Rock with EPIC. After booking they were incredibly easy to find at the airport and our driver, Jesus, was courteous, professional and safe. The Suburban was clean and comfortable and overall a great experience! Would highly recommend EPIC and a private ride over a shuttle.
