The price is £75 per person based on a minimum of 4 participants.
If fewer than 4 people are booked when you reserve, a small group supplement of £30 pp may apply. However, this supplement will be fully refunded if the final group size reaches 4 or more.
Take a gentle walk (1.4 miles) around the cultural centre of Harrogate stopping at five independent food and drink establishments to taste some delicious Yorkshire Fare. Starting at 12.45 on a Thursday and 11.30 on a Saturday, the tour takes place over 3 hours. Each stop is carefully chosen for its tasty offerings and its contribution to the local food scene. Your knowledgeable tour guide will tell you all about the history of the town and also about the people behind the businesses, and of course, the food. By the end of the tour you will have eaten the equivalent of a very generous lunch with a walk between courses. You will also have an insight into why Harrogate is one of the happiest places to live in Britain.

5.00My sister and I had a wonderful lunch food tour experience in Harrogate. Our Host was Marieanne a local lady. Marieanne took us to to five incredible historic building run by local eateries. Every quality dish was carefully selected for us. She pointed out many historical building and went out of her way to personalize our 3 plus hours together. One of my favorite stops was the Ice-cream business. The owner gave us a very interesting insights how he makes his ice cream and what the difference in mass production makes on the final product. The walk through the Valley Gardens was beautiful. We highly recommend this tour.

5.00This was our first ever food tour and we thoroughly enjoyed it We ate, walked, chatted and learnt more about Harrogate Our tour guide Kay was friendly and knowledgeable All the places visited served Us very tasty food and gave Us background info on their products Eggs florentine. Yorkshire pudding. Pastry. Ice cream and cheese to finish We would definitely book another tour in another city and highly recommend the Harrogate tour

5.00Excellent tour. Kay was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food in each of the stop off venues was wonderful. Could not fault the service. Nothing was too much trouble and it didn't feel rushed which made it a really relaxing and enjoyable experience.

5.00Jill was a lovely well informed guide who enhanced our trip. She made us feel at ease and welcomed questions. Delicious food from independent food sellers. The Starling, eggs florentine, delicious; Yorkshire Tapas, Yorkshire pudding with the most amazing gravy ever, delicious; The Pudding Lab, beautiful pastry and macaroon, delicious; Vanillis Ice-Cream, lots of delightful flavours, delicious; and finishing at the oldest pub in Harrogate, Hales Bar for a Yorkshire cheese board, delicious.
