1.00I brought my family of 7 people, visiting from Canada. There is almost zero service at the top restaurant. Did not really look that busy. Less than half of tables occupied. We waited half an hour to have our order taken. That was after seeing the manager. You are not allowed to take food but then need to wait 30 min to order and they tell you that you will wait at least 45min to get your food. Waited another 15 min to pay. Will not come again soon. I will have to be desperate to show someone the view. Not worth it.
