Had a great 4 day holiday in tbilisi with friends..Georgia is a must visit country its beautiful the stuckture of the building is amazing on the hills.. Top things a will recommend is the city tour within tbilisi and the old town Mtskheta.. Do try the cable car and the ski resort. As of by my experience I will say some tours which was part of our package is really not needed. Because 80 % you on the road, leaving by early morning and will be back by evening as it's outside tbilisi n quite far and your day will be gone. As of when we reach the place its like 1:30min roaming n back again for long drive. Private Airport drivers do overcharged (100 USD) better take Airport normal taxi... But the best option if you do book your tours with an agent arrange for Airport pickup (40 USD) or the hotel to do it for u. ***
