5.00Darlene was exactly that… DARLING!!! She was so lovely, thorough, kind, informative and engaging; and she’s an incredible accordion player and singer! Our bus driver, Per, got us to and from safely. My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our time on this tour, and learned and saw far more than we ever imagined.
Tour was supposed to be in English and German. 90% was in German so missed out on a wonderful learning experience.

2.00Disappointed with the person giving the tour. He only spoke German initially until someone asked him to also speak in English. He did initially but then reverted back to mostly German. On the excursions off the bus he only spoke in German. Almost got lost on one of our stops because no directions were given in English. I took the tour to learn more about the history of the area and learned very little. I would not recommend to English speakers.

5.00Lovely tour of local area. Informative guide and driver who knew lots about the local history. Tranquil, picturesque and quiet. Great tour if you find yourself in this area on a Sunday as haugesund itself has very little open so it was lovely to see into the surrounding area

5.00An excellent 4 hour bus tour of the region including Norway’s own Statue of Liberty, a beautiful white sand beach, the pretty village of Skudenshavn with a warm welcome in the tiny coffee shop and an ancient church. Darlene not only gave us an excellent overview of the area and the culture but entertained us playing her accordion. Also good communication from Gaute at Viking Adventure. Would recommend.

4.00I think it was a great overview of the sights in the region. The bus was comfortable. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We were there on a cruise stop for the day, and it was poring rain for part of the day, so it was great to be on the bus.

5.00We did a bus excursion with Viking Adventure in Haugesund. What a fantastic guide, Alfonso. He knew a lot about the surroundings and the history of the Vikings. Very clear in German. All well arranged. We were picked up at the cruise terminal of our ship. A top guide!
