Very comfortable coach and our guide Darlene was most informative and must add a very good accordionist. We enjoyed our sing song on the coach near the end of our trip.

The tour done in the rain unfortunately makes it unpleasant to do the stops, especially the one at the little beach. There is little time to enjoy the stop, about 10 minutes per stop, in my opinion too little, considering that many people also use the stops to go to the bathroom.I would lengthen all stops by 10 minutes. The guide Alfons however very pleasant, explained everything to us in very simple English, speaking slowly. He talked the whole time!

Alphonso, our guide was so knowledgeable on the area and country of Norway, that we learned a lot! He took us to the world’s smallest cafe, where we enjoyed pancakes made while we watched and wonderful cinnamon buns with elderflower drink. We ate in the baker’s dining room. She was a most welcoming host! Such a wonderful memory of Norway it will always be!

It was effortless to find the vendor on the pier. The bus was packed almost entirely with people from the cruise ship. The tour guide provided detailed historical information and made the tour very enjoyable. He gave clear time and instructions so everybody came back on the bus on time. Well worth the money paid for the ticket.
