We arrived & paid for parking excited about our tour. We were told it was canceled. No prior notice. Very disappointing.

My experience was cut short because the bus tour canceled.I traveled from far away brought my family from florida to do the tour and it was canceled unacceptable

We only had 1 day to spend on Galveston Island and drove over an hour to get there. We received a message while we were on our way canceling the tour due to a driver emergency. I understand things happen, but they had no backup? They didn't offer an alternate tour.. NOTHING. Yes, they refunded our money but that's not what we wanted and left us to scramble to make other plans on an unfamiliar city.... Very Disappointed!!

Tour guide, Pat, was very personable. Made you feel comfortable on the air condition bus. We toured at 4:00 p.m. with four couples.
