A wonderful experience. We were rowed through 4 caves. Such a scenic experience. Although so many boats are here it was uncrowded. The towering mountains and expanse of water were incredible. A very safe experience too.

Great day trip, we can absolutely recommend. After we dropped the other group that stayed over night it was just the two of us with the guide Trinh Dinh Tien (Jon). He took excellent care of us. What we liked most was climbing up Hang Mua, the bike ride and visit to a local rice farmer and the Hoa Lu temple. Boat ride at Trang An was in impressive nature but overall very touristy and crowded. One day was sufficient.

The day tour from Hanoi to Ninh Binh was great considering the distance. It’s a great itinerary to really see a bit more of the authentic small village/province of Vietnam. Hung, our tour guide was fantastic!!! Definitely looked after our group especially my parents who are both over 70. My parents enjoyed themselves and were very happy with the tour. Highly recommend Hung as a tour guide who made the experience authentic and he made sure to take great photos!!!

Hoa Lu is beautiful, it is also a good place to visit or to take time off。Its worth to visit with one day tour or maybe more days to enjoy the environment. The tour guide Xiao ming is professional and friendly, also took good care of everybody. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous day out with Nien. A full day taking in 4 attractions with a delicious and generous lunch. The attractions of Binh Nimh (steep climb but worth the effort), cycling through rice fields, visiting a farmers home (hello sustainable food system), boating a Trang Am and ending at the Temple of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang were all stunning. The highlight though was Nien's commentary on culture, history, geology and society were really interesting and answered many questions I had in my mind. All delivered with great humour and knowledge. The bus used was in great condition ith WiFi and aircon - felt safe. I thoroughly recommend this activity.

We did and saw so much on our day trip with Nien! The day was very well organised and we managed to get to the popular spots when there weren't too many other tourists around. Nien was a really good tour guide. everything he told us about was well explained and really interesting, we got so much more out of the activities than we would have done if we'd visited unaccompanied.
