3.00Museum is a must see even if you don't do the workshop. It's small but the exhibits are stunning. As for the workshop it is meant to be three hours long but it is only two hours long. Didn't have time to finish my masterpiece which i will do on my return to the UK. No water, tea or coffee were offered throughout the workshop.My picture was taken with my work and they promised to send it to me via what's app but of course they never did. Was looking forward to purchasing some of their artwork to take home as presents but no shop there so a dissapointment.
Joined 5-day course of making wood statues. Totally incrediblely fun. Could made some characters I love after course.

5.00Absolutely amazing! I joined 5-day course of making wood statue add it turned out totally incrediblely fun. Perfect services with the full package of carving class, accommodation and meal&coffee (no more charge 😊) everyday. Carving teacher is so passionate about his job, and make carving process is makable, even with newbie with wood and tools like me. After 5 days, I could made several type of characters I love. If don't have enough time, you guy can enjoy 3-hour class for making a wood picture. Highly recommended for experiential activities in Hội An, Việt Nam.

5.00Worth the time and money. I was very sceptical looking at some of the images online thinking there is no way the final product could be that good given people’s varying artistic talents. Simply put, the teachers really are that good. What you see is what you get and I am so glad we opted for this during our trip to Hoi An.

5.00We had an extraordinary workshop with Hata and his team. Everyone was very friendly, patient and helpful and we had a lot of fun. The time has passed like in flight and also the organization with pickup at the hotel was great! The Mood was also very nice and we now have our own wooden art from Hoi An. They let us do as much as possible and then intervened when we needed help or to make the final touches to the artwork. Wonderful experience, highly recommended!

5.00Wow! This was an amazing place! The talented people who work there are so friendly and helpful. We had 3 hrs there to create our carvings, would have liked to stay longer, very pleased with the little fish plaque I made, you can send them an image if you want to carve something specific, but they have lots of ideas for you. I would recommend this for a fun and unique experience for those who enjoy crafts. Thank you so much for a lovely morning. Ruth Banks

5.00If you're looking for a different experience outside of hoi an, this is it!! It was one of the best experiences and top highlights of our trip. We took the morning class and both Hata and Ming were extremely patient and helpful with the entire process (from choosing the outwork, to teaching the crafting methods). Despite our lack of skills (I must admit), they helped us out in cleaning up the artwork and its truly a masterpiece in itself. If youre thinking of this experience, I highly recommend it! Will hope to do another in the future when im back in Vietnam! Cheers!

5.00Pay to experience how difficult it is to do wood carving! Choose any photo you want - either what is available or you can bring your own photo. The staff there made it seem like it is so simple but it is all through years of experience to get to their level of skill. After knowing how difficult it is, eventually the staff will help you put up the finishing touches and have a nice piece of art to bring home. Nothing but respect for their skill! And for the work they put in, it is really worth the price paid. Also, we were very lucky for the owner of the place carve something for my mum!

5.00An absolutely amazing afternoon with some astonishing master craftsmen. We learned basing carving skills to a simple drawing, with help from the craftsman teaching us. A peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable afternoon with your own piece of art when you finish. Highly recommend!!
