What To Expect
Begin your adventure at the stable, where you’ll get to know the horses. Select a suitable horse and equip them before setting out. Ride to the Laenlammen fell, discovering the hills, forest, and one of Finland's many lakes. Listen as your guide shares stories about Lappish nature and the history of the fells. Enjoy a relaxing ride at a walking pace, perfect for beginners and advanced riders alike. After approximately 1 hour (depending on track, group, and weather conditions), return to the stable. Dismount and return the equipment, allowing the horses to return to their paddock.

It was not only a horse ride, it was a nature experience , with beautiful horse, amazing nature and forest that you will never see unless you loose yourself in the finnish forest. You fell safe because Tara was very kind and very professional. Really, it worth every penny ! Thank you very much guys, you make my girlfriend very happy and me too. Heddy

5.00An absolutely fabulous ride through stunning nature on horseback. I loved seeing reindeer in the forest, enjoying all the autumn colours, and spending four hours riding the cute Finnhorse, Kukkis. Excellent guide, excellent trip. I cannot recommend it more highly – I felt so happy and relaxed afterwards.

5.00When we arrived, we were greeted very nicely, then I was allowed to finish my horse, which definitely contributes to the bond. The ride was really wonderful, you have to experience it! We even saw a reindeer mom + baby! I would do it again anytime. Thank you very much!

5.00We booked a horse ride to the hill on a sunny summer day at 5pm; we, that is: 2 teenage girls and me, their father. My girls have some experience with horses. I had none. We got horses suitable for our respective levels of (non-)experience. We felt very welcome. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery on the hill under the early evening sun. A truly beautiful ride.

5.00This trip was a birthday gift for my sister, and we went together without fully realizing what an amazing experience was waiting for us — it turned out to be one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! We used to ride when we were younger, but it’s been a while — now in our fifties. We were given calm, string, and confident horses that made us feel completely safe. There were also faster horses for more experienced ones if one would have wanted. The three-day trek took us through stunning landscapes, up hills and through peaceful forests. We stayed in beautiful glamping tents that were both cozy and stylish, and cooked our own meals by the campfire. One of the absolute highlights was swimming with the horses — something we’ll never forget. We also happened to see a horseback archery competition during our stay — what a cool surprise and such a fun addition to the whole experience! Suvi, the owner, and our guide Petra were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made us feel like part of the Ranch Kuulas/Laenlammen family right away. And guess what — even though I brought all my bug sprays, I didn’t need them at all. Not a single mosquito problem, which felt like a miracle in Lapland! This was more than just a riding holiday — it was a truly special adventure shared with my sister. We’re already dreaming of coming back again in winter to experience it all in the snow. Highly, highly recommended!

5.00Very positive experience! We went on a 2night/3day hacking trip with my friend. We stayed in luxorious glamping tents facing the beautiful lake which we went to swim in multiple times a day. The tents were spacious with actual beds and the nights were quiet. The horse tracks were beautiful, we were deep in nature seeing beautiful views! The horses were very trusty finnhorses. The ranch owners were a lovely couple, very nice people. The whole experience was a very authentic finnish experience. We will come here again.
