Ride some of the best trails the West of Ireland and Wild Atlantic Way have to offer. Each of our trails is unique. We trek through the woodlands, up the
hills of Slieve Elva and along peaceful winding green roads into the world-renowned Burren region. Live out your dreams and gallop in the waves on a nearby beach or trek up the mountains until you find yourself sitting over 1200 feet above the Atlantic, taking in panoramic views of the Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands and Connemara Mountains.

What To Expect
Trek into the heart of the Burren and get a taste of Irish folklore! Ride alongside old stone forts and ruins left behind by the blight of the Irish potato famine around the 1840's. Min 1 Max 10 pax. Available March to October. Wear appropriate clothing to ride a horse and footwear which will comfortably fit into stirrups. Rain proof gear is advised in the likely event of the weather becoming wet.

5.00This was my 3rd time on a horse. What a great experience! 2.5 hours on a wonderful horse (Casey - the gypsy). We trotted, we stopped for picture opportunities, we saw the Cliffs of Moher from the top of the burren. It was magical. Our host and his staff were great!!! I'd go back in the instant. Such a good way to spend a couple of hours, relax and even inexperienced riders feel like they have been riding for years!

5.00This experience was terrific. The ride was 3 hours long and we covered a lot of distance, even though my husband and I are pretty inexperienced riders. I was sorry that we kind of held the rest of the group back (true riders) but Peter (the head guide and owner of the farm/business) was really great about everything. The views are truly breathtaking and the camaraderie was strong. The weather was changeable throughout (windy, foggy, rainy) but somehow that just added to the amazing-ness of the experience. I told Peter at the end of the ride that it was an experience of a lifetime and I meant it.

5.00We did the 3 hour horse riding, and absolutely loved it. We had a range of experience, from almost none to moderate, and they were great with getting us to hit all of our experience. We trotted, and our expert got to canter. We were all a little sore for a few days, but it wasn't so bad that it impaired any other activities (we did an hour long hike the next day). We had so many great pictures and views. The horses were great and the staff had expert eyes, slowing us down when we were getting sloppy and encouraging us to push our horse-riding skills. ~J.
