What To Expect
There are many places where you may fly by a hot air balloon, but a flight in the Loire valley / France is one of the top 10 things to do in this beautiful country. You will overfly at least one of the most beautiful castles of France: Amboise, Chenonceau, Chinon, Chaumont sur Loire… All these castles are inseparable from the history of France and its kings. Hot air balloon flights are organised every morning and evening, if weather permits, from March to October. Balloon tours usually start in early mornings (at about 6:00 to 9:00 am) and evenings (5:00 - 8:00 pm.). A balloon flight lasts for about 1 hour, but the entire process takes about 3-4 hours. After a flight a small degustation of local products (wine, cheese, sweets) will be offered, then you will be "baptized" by a deep ballooning tradition, you will be granted baptizing names and titles, also the first flight certificates. Then our pilot will bring you back by a 4x4 car to the meeting or take-off site.

5.00This balloon flight over the Château de Chenonceau was our christening for my husband and I. We were taken care of by a team of professionals, our Lithuanian pilot living in the Touraine region brought us all the necessary elements to feel safe and enjoy the flight and its surprises! Final in apotheosis with a tasting of local products and Lithuanian origin, surprising and pleasant, in a good atmosphere and with a lot of humor. Thanks to the team and Inga for the reservation!

5.00We had the most amazing hot air balloon trip. The whole team was very professional and extremely friendly. We enjoyed being involved in the setting up and putting away of the balloon but the very best part of the trip was the incredible flight over Chateau de Chenonceau. We can not recommend this experience highly enough to anyone visiting the area.

5.00Our pilot (don’t remember his name, from Ukraine) was fantastic! He had great wit, and was very conversational. He was very entertaining! Instructions and information were given in French and English so that everyone could participate. No one was left out of conversation or tasks. This hot air balloon ride more than fulfilled my vision for this bucket list item.
