Dear owner, I am very much disappointed with the outcome of today's tour. I am sure that on good weather the cruise is enjoyable. Today, it was not. It was dangerous. Inconsiderate to all the passengers. We went out in over 2m swells around the island. All of the passengers were outside. No warning was given of the swells. We ended up soaked. Some of the passenger fell almost hitting their head to the metal poles. Another man held a baby in his arm and fell with the baby as he could not get inside. My wife managed to help a couple of persons who were feeling bad to go inside and also helped to hold this baby while me, my son and another man helped the poor lad who fell. The crew members stood there impassive doing nothing. You should have cancelled the tour and issued a refund and not putting the lives of the passengers in danger. I am sorry but besides seeing absolutely nothing during the trip, since we were all concerned with her waves hitting the boat, we then had to cancel all our plans since we were soaking wet and had to return to our lodging in dublin to dry up and change. I am still flabbergasted at home you preferred to risk the lives of your customers than issue a refund. There were people who complained that they lost some things when the waves crushed on the boat, and the water took their belongings. This is more than just a review. I am simply appalled by what happened today. You should have a talk with the master of the boat as for what happened today you deserve to have your licence revoked. I am sorry I am being this hard but I have never experienced something like this.

Ollie was wonderful, very good, funny and knowledgeable. Water was a bit choppy and he was always checking to make sure everyone was good.

It was great! Kind staff, excellent views. Very comfortable boat. We have been to Howth a few times over the years, but have never seen it by boat- would highly recommend! And the price is fair.

This boat tour was a very nice experience. The staff checking the tickets was very friendly. The boat was nice and tidy and we had enough space to watch this or the other side. So we could highly recommend this tour. The only thing we would have appreciated more, would have been some more personal touch, like a short welcome by the captain, telling us something about the tour, which direction we would go, what to expect to see and so on. Some information came from a tape through a loud speaker and was not always clear to understand. And we couldn't ask any question if we had some. We understand that the captain had to concentrate on sailing, but just to get some information before we even left the harbour would have been nice. But thanks anyway, we really enjoyed it.

Even though we only got to see one sea lion (a matter of luck), the views were amazing. :) This boat trip was the highlight of my trip to the pensinsula.
