5.00We were Japanese and didn't know Vietnamese or English at all. They prepared a commentary in Japanese for us and paid attention when taking photos and walking around. We also had a great time throughout the tour, trying to add to the atmosphere, making jokes, and nothing to complain about.

First, our guide Coco was absolutely outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Hue’s history and culture. Exploring the magnificent Imperial City of Hue and learning about the Nguyen Dynasty brought the whole experience to life. Our guide shared fascinating stories, hidden details, and local insights that we would have completely missed on our own. It felt personal, engaging, and never rushed. Transportation was equally impressive. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and air-conditioned (a big plus in Hue’s warm weather!). The driver was professional, punctual, and made us feel completely safe throughout the journey. Every pickup and drop-off was seamless.
