The views are breathtaking. The snow is fresh and perfect for hiking. Most of all, Timber is excellent company.

Over the past four years, I have identified the best locations for the ideal views and private seclusion. Usually during the ski/snowboard season it’s quite difficult to access the hiking trails, but I have all the hacks for the ideal spots.

What To Expect

We will be hiking a snowy trail with Timber, with a pet-friendly husky! We will pick you up and drive up to one of the few hiking locations. We will hike up to a viewpoint (I'm flexible if you wish to cut the hike short, as the hike in the snow with Timber is usually the highlight), and turn back and we will drop you back to Downtown Vancouver. Great pictures, great views and amazing feeling. You will need to bring/wear hiking boots (snow shoes are available for rent), a hiking jacket, backpack, water and snacks. The beginning of the hike is a little bit of an inclined climb, but the rest of it is quite easy and moderate.

Today was a perfect day with Shreyas and Timber. We had fantastic weather as we hiked along Cypress mountain which was amazingly beautiful. A fresh snow had evidently fallen and just as we were leaving, we were lucky enough to experience some snow again. Shreyas was very accommodating, having us set a comfortable pace with Timber being the leader of our pack. This was our first time in Vancouver and Shreyas was very knowledgeable, giving us recommendations for food and activities. A five star experience for sure!!!

We really enjoyed the hike. It was lovely seeing how Timber had fun in the snow. The nature on the mountain was really beautiful and on our way back we got some gorgeous views over the city and the ocean. Shreyas was so nice and gave us good recommendations for our stay in Vancouver. I‘d definitely recommend the hike!

Shreyas was a very good and patient guide. He tailored the hike to suit my abilities. We had some good conversation during the hike, and he pointed out a few things that I may have missed on my own. Timber also had a very good time He was a lot of fun to be around. Such a good dog.

What can i say! An absolute must for anyone in the Vancouver area looking to get out and about from the city hustle. Shreyas was a pleasure to be with for the day and has a great knowledge of all things Vancouver. He will bring you on breathtaking hiking trail and must see sights. Accompanied by his trusty sidekick TIMBER! The talking husky brings great joy to the track 🐺 So if your looking for a fresh fun day out this is your go-to and a must!
