What To Expect

We pick you up at the meeting point and drive you approximately 10 km outside the city, to the activity place. Upon arrival at our husky base, you’ll meet our friendly, energetic dogs, eager to lead you on a ride of a lifetime. After a short but essential safety briefing from your guide, you’ll take the reins yourself and drive your own sled through 5 km of breathtaking wilderness. The trail winds through a frozen lake and snow-covered pine forests — a picture-perfect Arctic scene. As the sled glides quietly through the pristine landscape, you’ll feel the raw beauty of Lapland all around you. After the ride, step into a cozy warm shelter to relax, enjoy hot drinks and cookies, and soak in the magical Arctic atmosphere. Then, spend time with the huskies — pet them, learn about their unique personalities, and see the special bond they share with their mushers. It’s a perfect chance to connect, take memorable photos, and experience the true spirit of these incredible animals. The driver made a slight mistake and fell off, but as soon as the passenger called for help, the instructor rushed to get out of trouble.

Booked a 5km Husky ride. The communication with company was very good. We were collected as advivised. Arrived at the farm, where we were given clear instructions how to mush. The guide provided plenty of information about the dogs, their farm, and answered any questions we had. We were never rushed, had plenty of time to look around, pet the dogs, get photos and were given hot berry juice or tea/coffee in the kota. The dog Sledding experience was very good. The kids loved it and we Wlwould definitely recommend.

Huskies looked very happy, all were well - behaved dogs. We could stroke them after the ride. We could enjoy more if not the weather of - 29. The trip is well organised and Kota after the ride helps to warm up.

The advertised 5km ride was in fact 1km and took about 4 minutes. Lots of waiting around before and after. A mass tourism approach. Very expensive for the poor quality experience.
