Lots of history in the show but a bit cheesy. Almost like an elementary school play. Also if you’re going to talk about delicious bread with stew maybe serve bread with the stew.

A highly entertaining, witty, and clever historical account of the history of Cork and Ireland. A delicious traditional Irish stew too, and good fun, all-in-all a recipe for a great night out!

Thus was my second go at this, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The show is good for most ages, also nicely interactive. History, jokes, and done songs.

Great lighthearted experience going through highlights of cork-specific and Irish-general history, engaging actors in whimsical costumes; tasty food (catering to dietary requirements - I am vegan and they made a very creative loaded salad topped with Irish potato patties - delicious!) catchy original music, and funny short skits through 1000 years of cork development. Convenient and great ambience, nice chance to mingle with other tourists , actors stayed to chat afterwards too. Recommended!
