At East Coast Water Taxi we offer boat trips to Icacos Island, to what we like to call our Beach Day Package!
In this package you will have the freedom to enjoy the island at your best preference allowing your group to enjoy different activities at your own or join our crew for a snorkeling and hiking session. Our staff is there to provide a informative and safe environment. Whether you like to go snorkeling, bathe under the sun, go for a 45 min unique and exclusive hike to discover the past of the cay and beautiful views of the Caribbean or just chill under the shade of the umbrella. East Coast Water Taxi has it all!
For safety purposes, when manifest exceeds 6 passengers , we will travel for our short 15 min ride in two boats, side by side, arriving on the island at the same time, were you will reunite with your group on the beach under your own umbrellas and cooler setup.

5.00Went snorkeling today. Captain Johnathan and guide Eric we're amazing. Im one that was leary about snorkeling and Eric was very helpful and made me love this trip. Highly recommend this trip.

5.00What a great experience! Was very skeptical at first then when I saw one of the boats, the other was fine but we didn’t all fit in one. Felt is was kinda small. But Eric and Gregory our boat Captain and Guide were awesome they calmed our fears were pleasant and funny. They assisted every step of the way verifying not only our safety but positive mood and vibes. They went above and beyond in every aspect and even assisted with our stuff. We were traveling with a 1 1/2 year old and they helped in that regard as well. Snorkeling training was excellent was a great experience! Lots of fish to see. Didn’t do the hike but next time for sure! My recommendation book the earliest or second to earliest. For island as the day goes by gets pretty busy. We we the first to arrive and enjoyed the calm. Highly recommend this experience with these guys!

5.00We had an outstanding experience! David was our captain and Eric was our guide, there was a third man whose name escapes me, I think George? But he was awesome, too. All three men were wonderful to us, our captain was informative and kind. He drove gently for my son who was so scared on the way there, he told us some local info and recommended restaurants. Eric was super cool, very accommodating, and just a good person. He told us whatever we needed, just let him know! Overall, great value for what we paid and lovely experience. We’d definitely use them again!

5.00Highly recommend for a beach day. We started our day at 10AM and Eric led the nature walk around 11AM. We love the scenery and getting to see the island. Gregory then led the snorkeling session and was very patient and accommodating. We appreciated that drinks were provided and we brought some food. Overall a great time, and would recommend to everyone. Oh and the water was beautiful too!

5.00Greg and David are AMAZING!!!!! I've done the bigger catamarans before, and this, by far, is the way to get to Icacos! You get a quick transport, your own private set up with drinks and shade. The snorkel tour is so fun and the hike is beyond words. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

5.00Best experience ever especially if you get Greg the tour guy on the beach and David the boat man are the best ever. Hands down so worth the day trip. Felt safe and all questions were answered. The snorkeling was amazing we saw lots of fishes and Dory’s ☺️. Best part I encountered was a face to face with two dolphins. I will forever remember this trip. Will be back again to visit soon. Thank y'all for everything.

5.00Our experience with Captain David and Greg could not have been better. David made sure we were all comfortable on the boat ride to and from the island and Greg made sure the experience while on the island was fantastic. Having shade and drink was the perfect option. Greg did not pressure us to do anything we did not want to and was a wealth of knowledge about the history. Would definitely book this tour again. It’s our second time and was wonderful.

5.00We had an amazing time on our tour. Captain David got us to the island safely. Guide Gregory was very accommodating going out of his way to to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We loved having the tent to get away and Gregory found us chairs in storage because I am expecting. We have a 3 and 4 year old and they loved the island. We were able to try the snorkeling masks on our own. Gregory offered to take us snorkeling and pull the little ones but we opted to just practice and stay near the shore. We didn’t do the hike because we had small children and spent most of our time in the crystal clear water admiring the fish and crabs. The 5 hours flew by. We saw dolphins swim right up to shore twice! The highlight for sure. We were the only 4 on the boat and first to arrive at the island, left at 8am. It was great because no other people were there and no boats taking up the shoreline. The next day, our 4 year old woke up asking if we could take the water taxi again. Thanks Captain David and Guide Gregory for an amazing day. We were hesitant to book but very glad we did!! You won’t be disappointed.
