There was a lot of waiting, probably because it was a tour of more than 20 people. Honestly, I think the typers are bad. The guides also had minimal knowledge (something you can easily find online) and effort, and no particular concern for taking photos, for example.

Overall a great experience. The falls are world famous so nothing to add to other reviews. Our guide Ricardo was superb. He spoke excellent Spanish and English to our group and was always a step or two ahead of the tour activities. He got us in early so only one large tour group was ahead of us at Devil’s Throat trail but that was mitigated by taking our time getting on the trail. We also did the middle trail to see the majority of other falls. A quick snack before joining the jungle truck/ falls boat ride. The jungle truck, at its core, is a ride to get you from the falls complex to the boat launch. The bi-lingual truck company guide was good and informative, just don’t expect to see much wildlife on the ride (just one lizard seen between the two trips). The falls boat ride was a blast! They lend you a life vest and a large dry bag for your stuff which you keep with you the whole time. You will get very wet on this trip but we were nearly dry by the time we got back to the falls complex via return truck ride. Recommend taking this full tour. Truck was a little underwhelming but the Falls and boat make up for it big time.

They comply with everything they offer, the means of transport used are very safe. All the logistics people in the different places we visited were very attentive to collaborate in any health situation, and or personal accidents, both to prevent it, and to attend them in a timely manner when they presented, as happened in our case.

Definitely will recommend this tour. However the package of train, jungle truck and boat ride didn’t include the park entrance fee so had to stand in a line for half an hour to pay an additional $60 for two tickets. That delayed our entrance to begin the adventure. Everyone else in our tour had to wait. Would’ve liked more information about the park.

It was well organized, and Sandra kept good track of our time, so we were able to enjoy everything without rushing. I was a bit worried I would not be physically able for all of the walking but it's level and an absolute marvel that you can get so close to the falls safely. The boat ride was really great, very wet but worth it. The stairs back up from the boat ride were the biggest challenge but I made it and I'm nearly 80!

The overall experience, very complete and very good. If this is your first visit to the Park, I recommend the guided experience. However, it is not complex to go alone if you study the map, arrive at the Park at its opening time and if you buy tickets with peace of mind and in advance. What tickets? Entrance to the Park (via iguazuargentina.com page), train ticket to get around inside the Park (you can walk everything if you bank the distance and the heat), Jungle Truck that takes you to the boat. The latter 2 are purchased in the Park. The paths and walkways are clear, closed-loop (i.e., one way on one side and back on the other). Hard to miss. Guided is good. However it happened that we did not have time to rest and eat quietly. We were eating snacks that we took prepared while we moved. They also didn’t leave us much time to contemplate each jump, and this park is for contemplation, observation and thanks. Anyway, we had an amazing time. Guide Carlos impeccable, a barbaric energy, respectful and worried that we will arrive on time and do everything.

Absolutely loved this experience! The tour guide adapted the tour to our group's size and the park's busy-ness to avoid large crowds. He also made sure that everyone was following up and no one got left behind, gave the tour in two languages because we had some non-Spanish speakers, and he suggested the best spot to take the family photo. The adventure itself was full of thrills and wonderful views! This is definitely a not-miss in Iguazu and without a doubt would do it again and again!

We had an outstanding guide and the tour was very well organised. The profound disappointment was the overwhelming number of tourists which prevented us from getting anywhere near the Diabolo Falls.. The sheer numbers spoiled the experience to a degree. Recommend that visitors stay in the National Park accommodation and venture out to see this extraordinary place before the influx.
