  This is an incredible tour but no need to book with Viator. By booking with Viator, you have to wait for the office to receive a voucher from Viator (not the one Viator gives you). And I wouldn’t be surprised if we paid more

  The boat trip was amazing but unexpectedly difficult. When you arrive people with any kind of disabilities including hearing aids are not allowed to go on the trip. There are 300 stairs down to the river to get on the boat. And you must reclimb the 300 stairs to get back. They give you a dry bag for your personal items but you must carry this about halfway up the stairs on the way back in your hands and can’t use your backpack. This was heavy for me. I thought it also was very dangerous! They get very close to the rocks at the base in big waves so that the passengers can get wet from the waterfalls. Being on the boat in the river close to the falls was like high water on a Grand Canyon river trip! I thought it was very dangerous. But my friend loved it! So you decide.

  In July 2025 I booked a jet boat ride at Iguazu Falls for October 11 with RipioTurismo. I emailed several times in August and September requesting my voucher. I was told that I would receive my voucher for the boat ride at Iguazu Falls "a few weeks" before the boat ride. On October 1 I received an email in response to my email expressing extreme concern that stated that I would get my voucher "in the following week." By October 9, when we were already at our hotel at the Falls, I asked our concierge to contact them. That same day, I got our voucher. I was sure that I had been scammed. I've never had such a negative experience with a tour company or booking agency.

  great time.... don't worry about rain coat - just wear sandels or bathing suit.. so no worries about clothes getting wet

  The boat ride was fantastic. Being so close to the falls is a great experience. The communication prior to check in was slightly confusing. We did not require our passports as we were already staying in the park. The “ticket” that was sent I. The email a few days prior to the boat ride was not the voucher that the check-in counter required. That was sent the morning of the ride a few hours prior to the trip. Take kot of the time you book when making the reservation as the emails they send you have no reference to the booking time. Luckily we were in the slow season and plenty of space on the early boat. I recommend this trip.

  This was an amazing experience! The guides were very passionate about the park and preserving the wildlife at Iguazu. We learned a lot on this tour and would recommend it to anyone visiting. Make sure you bring a change of clothes :)

  Make sure to hire a driver to get you to the park entrance. We stayed on the Brazil side and you need to exit Brazil and enter Argentina before the falls and need to allow for extra time to do so. The jeep guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was awesome! You will get soaked bring extra clothes,

  Lots of miss information about this tour. I asked before booking if guests could enjoy the 4x4 ride but not go on the boat, I was told YES but when we arrived to the meeting point the tour operators said that wasn’t possible and therefore we wasted $125…need a refund on this TripAdvisor. Poor communication on where we were supposed to meet even after I reached out to the booking agent for additional info and NO ONE responded day off to clarify. Vouchers do NOT show true name of the tour company and park staff did not recognize the company name. We basically had to wonder around until we stumbled upon the meeting point. Actual boat tour was GREAT but overall experience was very poor and therefore would NOT recommend anyone book this through TripAdvisor.

  It’s amazing…you can’t lose with the falls iin the Brazil or Argentina side. The price of admission is very reasonable. There are three exits from the park bus from the entrance; 1. Excursions 2. Main trail (recommended) excellent panoramic views. 3. Short trail to falls. There is a bird sanctuary across the street that is amazing. The Argentina side has 3 trails, upper, lower and Devils Throat. If you are limited in time I would recommend leaving upper trail out…although it is still a very good one.
