You affirm that you are at least eighteen years old, of sound mind, and understand the contents of this agreement. You agree not to reverse engineer or replicate the Goldie’s Chariot party golf cart, and release the owners and manufacturers from any liability for claims arising from your use of the cart. Rules for riders include being 18 years old or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian if under 18, no glass items, staying on the cart while it is moving, and not boarding while intoxicated. The Goldie’s Chariot Pilot has final authority, and passengers must adhere to all alcohol and behavior laws. Inappropriate behavior, such as extreme intoxication, offensive language or actions, and public disturbances, will result in immediate removal from the tour and a fine.
