So much fun! Lots of time to relax on beaches that we wouldn’t have been able to reach on our own. Also included some history of the island. Lots of fun music and a party atmosphere!

Michelle was an awesome guide. She provided a lot for the price of the tour, water, soda, beer and her own rum punch! All entrance fees and lunch were also provided. The tour was over 7 hours, but she knew we were not in a hurry to get back to the ship, so I don’t know if this is the norm or she took her time. We were never rushed at any stop. She was great at taking photos and videos for everyone. After looking at various tours, this one seemed to give the best overview of the island. We had a great experience and a great day at St Lucia!

They were over 90 minutes late picking us up. Seat belts were locked up with zip ties so we couldn’t use them. Despite map links, the address, and directions, they struggled to find us. The banana plantation tour was a stop on the side of the road at a local food stand to sample sauces on banana chips. The chocolate factory visit was to their store. Samples included a few small milk and dark chocolate chips. There was no behind the scenes view of how the chocolate is made. The driver expertly navigated the tough and windy roads. Michelle was friendly and communicative. However she only joined us for the middle portion of the tour. There was little to no communication, welcome, or explanation without Michelle. It was nice to see the views, mud bath, waterfall, towns, and experience the local food and drink.

Very bad experience The delicate holiday tour partner never picked us up at the meeting point! Had booked a tour in French, but the driver and guide spoke only English so they did not come to join us and we cancelled our service!! Very disappointed We will never go through Viator again

Excellent experience with a qualified driver who took us to all the main points. The only aspect I wished was to have more time in the mud bath and waterfall! If you go, take advantage of Michelle’s fabulous rum punch - a great way to top off a great day :-)

Friendly guide and we packed a lot in just a few hours. We were able to shop and take pictures for every place.

This excursion is full of history, beauty and relaxation. Visits to the mud baths, waterfall, Pitons overlook, Soufriere and the chocolate factory allow persons to experience part of this majestic island. Be prepared for a full day with a small group or family, preferable to the larger cruise ship tours. Michelle was knowledgeable, helpful and engaging. I would gladly pay more for this outing, and highly recommend booking. This does include the picturesque drive to Soufriere from Castries and the return trip which may be difficult for small children (30 - 60 minutes depending on traffic)

Full on and extensive tour with a good guide and a packed itinerary showcasing the best of St Lucia. We didn't have 'alcoholic beverages' included. Not sure if that is referring to samples at a rum distillery, which was closed on the day of our trip (Sunday), or not, though did stop at a local shop selling rum samples at $2 USD a taste. Nor did we get to sample banana chips - maybe for the same reason. The drive-in volcano is a bit of a misnomer but the actually mud bath is an experience worth enjoying as was the waterfall. All in all though an enjoyable tour which I would recommend.

We had a very knowledgeable guide, who gave us a tour of the beautiful countryside. It was like driving to a tropical rainforest.
