Enjoy a small-group cooking class in a welcoming Toronto kitchen, hosted through Cozymeal. This hands-on culinary experience celebrates authentic Italian recipes and a full 3-course menu. The menu you will prepare includes: - First course: Bruschetta with fresh tomato and olive tapenade on toasted bread. - Second course: A choice of creamy mushroom risotto made with arborio rice, Parmesan and broth, or chicken Marsala simmered with mushrooms, herbs and Marsala wine. - Dessert: Either panna cotta with seasonal fruit or classic tiramisu layered with espresso and mascarpone. As you cook, you’ll practice traditional Italian techniques while discovering the warmth and charm of rustic Italian dining.
