The menu you will prepare includes:

Over 3 hours, you’ll practice pasta-making techniques, sauce preparation and plating skills, leaving with recipes and confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

Enjoy a small group 4-course Italian pasta cooking class in Southeastern Sacramento, hosted through Cozymeal and limited to 8 guests. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn to make pasta from scratch, prepare fresh tomato sauce, and master classic Italian techniques. The menu you will prepare includes: - Starter: Fritto misto with lightly fried squash, lemons, olives, mushrooms and green beans, served with spicy lemon aioli - Salad: Citrus and mixed bitter greens salad with arugula, treviso, almonds, fennel, Parmesan and vinaigrette - Main Course: Homemade pasta with flour, eggs and semolina flour, paired with fresh tomato and Calabrian chiles sauce with olive oil, garlic, bread crumbs and Parmesan - Dessert: Tiramisu with lady fingers, Marsala wine, mascarpone and cocoa powder Guests are welcome to enjoy their creations during class and take home any extras. Wine and beer are welcome to enjoy throughout the experience.
