The trip begins with you will get picked up from your hotel to Royal Phuket Marina Pier from where you hop on a speedboat and head to the picturesque James Bond Island and Phang Nga Bay. Upon your arrival, enjoy sightseeing on Panak Island, swim in a quiet secluded lagoon and go kayaking around Hong Island before finally getting your chance to gaze upon James Bond Island. Stroll through an enchanting mangrove forest, discover ancient paintings and more. Have lunch on Panyee Island. Relax on the beach on Naka Noi Island after your busy day before heading back to your hotel.

5.00We had an amazing time exploring the islands on the tour. We were debating between this tour and the Phi Phi. I was a little hesitant that what the experience would be like, but we were delightfully, surprised, and truly enjoyed our day. It was very diverse from walking inside a cave, canoeing, exploring the floating Muslim village, and of course, the infamous James Bond Island. The only feedback would be the food at the village was not that great so you may want to bring your own snacks with you. Also, the last stop to enjoy. The beach was in an area without any sun, and the restrooms and facilities were not very clean. Aside from that, we enjoyed everything else about the tour. The tour guides and individuals who ran the day were very organized and we felt very safe.

3.00The hotel pick-up was on time, which I appreciated. However, there was no indication of how long the shuttle ride to the port would take, and the driver did not speak English, which made communication difficult while we waited. Once at the port, the experience improved significantly. We received an excellent welcome, along with a buffet breakfast and coffee. The boat was very nice, well maintained, and the crew was professional and attentive. Our guide, Ken, truly stood out. He was a strong leader, exceptionally knowledgeable, and very reassuring throughout the day. He made the excursion smooth and enjoyable. Lunch was below average, though acceptable. The sites themselves are breathtaking and feel like paradise, with one exception: the final swimming area, which was not very clean and slightly disappointing. There are two important issues to mention: 1. Viator clients pay around 25% more than guests who book locally, yet we all ended up on the same boat with the same service, which felt unfair. 2. The itinerary on Viator states that entrance fees are included, but in reality, we were required to pay 300 THB per person on the spot to enter, which is misleading.

5.00Great communication for pick up. About an hour drive to the marina then a brief before heading out. The raft rode through the coves,caves and lagoons was worth the trip and you haven’t seen the James Bond island. Highly recommended but yet there was another island entirely over the water built on pilings. Great food and interesting shops. Last stop was the private island with lots to do. Back to the marina and hour drive to hotel. Good 10 hour day.

The welcome, the meal, and the places visited are very nice, except the Muslim village where we ate: the meal was very good but the village is extremely ugly and dirty. No big deal, the rest is definitely worth it!
