What To Expect
Arrive at our offices, check in, receive a complete tour briefing. While receiving your briefing have a coffee, tea or cool drink. Store any luggage you do not require for the tour.
Koh Panak Cave
Koh Panak Island is also known locally as "Monkey Island". This is one of the largest island formations in Phang Nga Bay and has an array of hidden cave systems. Stop off and watch the Monkeys playing on the beach and then let our crew guide you into one of the many cave systems finding hidden lagoons, mangroves and more.

5.00We had an absolutely fantastic experience with 5 Star Marine during our private tours to Phi Phi Islands and Phang Nga Bay & James Bond Island. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized. The speedboats were modern, extremely comfortable, and impeccably maintained, allowing us to enjoy the tours in total safety and relaxation. A special mention goes to the crew onboard, who were professional, friendly, and always attentive to every detail. In particular, Jimmy, who was exceptional — always smiling, extremely helpful, and genuinely caring about our comfort and enjoyment throughout the day. He truly made a difference and made us feel like VIP guests. The itinerary was well planned, the timing was perfect to avoid crowds, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations in every way. If you are looking for a high-quality, private, and unforgettable experience in Phuket, 5 Star Marine is absolutely the right choice. We loved seeing the beautiful islands, kayaking through the caves, and visiting the floating village. They did everything right from pick up to customizing the itinerary based on our needs.

The booking process was smooth and professional, with the team helping us customize an itinerary that perfectly matched what we wanted to see and do. On the day, the boat was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views. Faii and the crew were exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They made us feel safe and well looked after at all times, and their local knowledge meant we visited beautiful spots away from the crowds. Everything ran perfectly and the overall experience felt truly luxurious. It was the highlight of our time in Phuket and worth every penny. If you’re looking for a premium, stress-free way to explore the islands, I couldn’t recommend 5 Star Marine more highly. We would absolutely book with them again.

5.00Fantastic experience with Moomoo and his crew! We had a private tour right after Xmas. He and the team were friendly and hospitable, and kept us comfortable throughout the trip. Moomoo also knew all the best places to take photos, which we will treasure. The boat itself was pristine, up to date, fast (as advertised), and surprisingly quiet when seated in the front. Would definitely recommend!

5.00When I began researching private boat companies from the UK several months ago, I quickly came across Five Star Marine. From my very first enquiry, their communication was prompt, organised and reassuring — something that immediately builds confidence when you’re trusting a company to take you out to sea. Based on that alone, we decided to book two excursions: a full-day trip to the Phi Phi Islands and an evening experience to James Bond Island with the hope of seeing bioluminescence. From booking onwards, everything felt secure, clear and well organised. I contacted the team a couple of times with general questions about Thailand and they were always kind, supportive and helpful — going well beyond what was strictly necessary. In the week leading up to our trips, communication was excellent, with clear check-ins and all the information we needed. On the morning of our first trip, I had to message to explain that my husband had unfortunately come down with flu and there would be three of us instead of four. I fully expected that this would simply be something we’d have to accept, but instead they immediately offered an alternative date, reassured us it was no problem at all, and were happy to wait until he was well. As a result, we were able to enjoy our James Bond Island trip together as a family on Christmas Day — an experience we will never forget. We had two different boat crews across the two trips, with the same wonderful guide, Kiki, both days. The boats were spotless, extremely well maintained, and we felt completely safe, comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout. Safety is especially important for us as we travel with our neurodiverse sons, and the level of calm, professionalism and attentiveness from the crew meant everything felt easy and relaxed. Every detail was thought through — fresh fruit and drinks on board, help with shoes, cleaning shoes afterwards, cleaning snorkelling equipment, and constant quiet checks to make sure we were comfortable. We even enjoyed dinner on Christmas Day at a floating village, with the most delicious home-cooked Thai food — a truly special experience. We have been completely blown away by Five Star Marine. They are a superb company and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, high-quality private tour experience in Phuket. We’re already planning a return trip in December 2026 — and the only decision left is which Five Star Marine experience to book next.

5.00We went on a private tour to James Bond Island and more. Our fantastic guide took wonderful care of us making sure we had the best time and very concerned about our safety. They did a wonderful job avoiding the large crowds and we felt were in Paradise. I can highly recommend this company. Anton, captain and the rest of the staff thank you once again, we loved every minute of our trip.

5.00Awesome boat trip to see James Bond island, walk through a cave, see wild Monkey’s, visit a floating Thai village and lunch / beach on different islands. Multiple cool excursions throughout the day and the boat was great and powered right through any waves. Have done multiple private boat experiences in the Med as well, and the value here is excellent for the quality of the boat and tour.

They responded quickly to my inquiry, clearly understood my requirements, and curated the entire plan over WhatsApp with ease. All trip-related information was managed through a dedicated WhatsApp group, which made coordination effortless. From hotel pickup to exploring different spots around the island, everything was handled flawlessly. Their team even captured beautiful moments from the trip through photographs. To top it off, they surprised us with a small passport souvenir along with a memorable family photograph before dropping us back at the hotel. It turned out to be a truly exciting and memorable experience for my family.

5.00We had the privilege to visit James bond island and Khai islands with 5 Star Marine. The experience was above and beyond anything we could imagine. Clear comms in the lead up to the trip, hotel pickup, pier experience, boat and crew and guide, island hopping, lunch, activities, return to pier and drop off at hotel. Everything went as planned, and was amazing. The guide and crew knew what they were doing. Ten on ten experience. Thank you 5 Star Marine for this tour. We're definitely coming back to Phuket just for another tour with you guys.
