2.00The business "owners" were horrible with admitting to wrongdoing. And they did not feel the need to amend the situation. Marek and his son should do better. Marek especially didn't want to hear anything and quickly dismissed me after coming with a group of 15. He even yelled at a young lady who went to ask him a question on my behalf. As for the local Thai ppl who actually ran the show and spent the day with us... they were amazing and beyond professional. And the only reason this tour is getting 2 stars. As I later learned, I would've gotten everything i wanted had i gone with a different group. Lesson learned

5.00Tony and the crew delivered a fantastic day out on the James Bond Island speedboat tour and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the moment we were picked up, everything felt well organised, relaxed and safe; the boat was comfortable, never overcrowded, and the group size meant it always felt personal rather than rushed or “mass tour” style. Tony set the tone straight away with a warm welcome and clear safety briefing, then kept checking in on everyone throughout the day so that all ages and abilities felt completely at ease. We were constantly topped up with cold water and soft drinks, and fruit on board meant we stayed well hydrated and refreshed between stops. Tony’s commentary as we cruised through Phang Nga Bay really brought the landscape to life, mixing local history, film trivia and genuine insight into life around the national park in a way that was both informative and fun. At each stop – from sea-cave canoeing and James Bond Island itself through to the floating village and final beach time – he gave just the right amount of guidance and then let us explore, always on hand to take photos and answer questions. The whole crew were unfailingly polite, upbeat and professional, helping people on and off the boat, keeping a close eye on conditions, and somehow managing to keep the schedule smooth without us ever feeling hurried. Overall, this was a brilliant day: stunning scenery, a well-paced itinerary, great food and drinks, and a team that clearly cares about their guests’ safety and enjoyment. Tony and his crew turned a beautiful tour into a genuinely memorable experience, and we would happily book with AmazingCanoeing.com again and recommend them to friends and family visiting Phuket
