Western Wall
The Western Wall is one of the holiest Jewish sites and a must-see highlight of Jewish Israel tours. The wall is a remnant of a wall dating back to the time of King Herod, part of the retaining wall that enclosed the Second Temple.
Church of the Holy Sepulchre
The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, The Church site is venerated as Golgotha (Hill of Calvary), the place where Christ was crucified, making it a pilgrimage center for Christians from all around the world. The Church of the Holy Sepulcher is also identified as being the place of Jesus’ burial, and the place of his resurrection. The church has had a turbulent history, being almost completely destroyed, and when rebuilt suffering neglect, fire and earthquake damage. In 1959 the Church was renovated by Greek Orthodox, Armenian Apostolic and Roman Catholic custodians, each of whom guard their sections within the Church.

The Jerusalem tour was packed with information. In just one day, I gained a clear overview of the city’s layered history. Our guide Itamar was professional and kept the pace steady without feeling rushed. If you have already visited the Holocaust Museum, you might want to consider the half-day version instead. This would leave you more time to explore on your own.

Fabulous day, so enlightening in regards to the history and highlights of Jerusalem and the immediate area. So much we didn't know or thought we knew that was wrong. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia, so patient and attentive to our small group. We were exhausted when the day was done, but it was the most culturally enriching day of our lives.

The small tour had a knowledgeable guide that was happy to accommodate special requests from group member. This meant timing were not managed effectively, sometimes we waited for ages at certain sites whilst at others we were rushed past.

First the best part. Our guide Salomon in the Old town was excellent. Now I know how is like to be a package in FedEx. We were picked up from near our Hotel 7:20 am were taken to a parking lot with people from other tours to be distributed in other shuttles, only left from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, 2 1/2 hours later. During the day changed shuttles no less than 7 times, and returned 11 hours later and the only interesting part of the tour was the Old Town, we also spent 1:30 hour at the Holocaust museum. All the rest of the time going back and forth in shuttles to pick other people

We are on a Jewish Heritage Tour with Meni and have been touring Jerusalem with him and will go on to Eilat with Meni as well. His unbelievable organizational skills have made this tour a pleasure. We beat all the crowds every day without sacrificing any site to see. He is full of surprises and his in depth knowledge of Israel and its history are unbeatable. He has a story for each site, is historically accurate, and his love and pride of Israel shines through. He knows each person on the tour by name and looks to meet their individual needs. He also works flawlessly with our bus driver, Mahdi. Every day with him is truly a joy. Meni is a treasure (great sense of humor too!) and the best tour guide we’ve ever had!

A must to do Tour. The tour was so amazing and organised well with enough time to visit all quarters and get the experience of the old city of religions. Solomon our guide is the perfect person for providing the information, help & support during the full trip, very professional and always making sure that everyone feel comfortable. Amjad was our bus driver, one of the most beautiful souls you can meet, very professional driving, helpful and trying to help you at most. Thanks for the company management, special thanks to Solomon and Amjad. Highly I recommend this tour with Rent a Guide operator.

Excellent experience but wish that it is a two day tour, since one day was not enough to see it all. Overall it is a great experience for me.

We had a full days excursion from Tel Aviv to Gethsemane, Old Jerusalem and Bethlehem. We couldn't have asked for better weather, Sunny and 60's F. No lines and our driver/guide was simply amazing. His name is Israel and his knowledge and story telling was spellbinding and his English was excellent. I highly recommend.
