A luxury tour conducted by a highly acclaimed, high-quality tour company. We are not a budget operator but specialise in small group numbers and early departures to avoid crowds. Allow us to pamper you on your jungle trip.
Time to get off the well-beaten tourist path and experience breathaking rural scenery on the Simba Jungle trip to the stunning Khao Sok National Park, including the epic Cheowlan Lake, and a first-class elephant sanctuary experience.
We're the first to offer guests a 2-day, 1-night trip from Phuket to Cheowlan Lake, in the heart of Khaosok National Park.
You'll see when you cross the Sarasin Bridge off Phuket Island that the roads are quiet, there are few tourists, the scenery is beautiful, the mountains are full of lush, green forest, and the air is fresh. What are you waiting for?!
It's a couple of long days, but the lake and surrounds are worth it! We break the trip up with activities/stops on both the journey to the lake and the return to Phuket.

Phang Nga
As we travel further into the jungle, the air becomes fresher by the second, and we are surrounded by lush mountain greenery. We visit the region's most highly regarded and most ethical elephant sanctuary. Feed, swim with, wash and learn about these fascinating gentle Giants of Thailand over a 90 minute experience that will leave you in love with these beautiful animals. Here, we will enjoy a beautiful and authentic Thai lunch before heading off on the road to Khao Sok.

The 2 day trip to Khao Sok National Park was just awesome! Everything was wonderfully planned, we were picked up on time, the daily routine was discussed with us. The guide and driver were super friendly and knew great. At all stations every activity worked smoothly - what we noticed, everything was always all inclusive - no matter what food, drink, souvenir photo, while other groups of guests were still offered things - it was already there with us. Elephant park was super nicely run and everything was relaxed. On day 1 afternoon we made wine Bamboo raft ride incl. coffee/teastop in the Jungle. Arriving at the camp for the night, we could also walk the short 30min Jungle Trail! Overnight experience in the Stilt House was super nice! On day 2 we started early, we were the first guests at breakfast, BUT we were rewarded with a great longtail boat trip at the reservoir!!! THANKS to Patrick our guide, it was great- to plan this so early- we escaped ALL tourists and had a dreamlike experience ! Thanks to Patrick and Wichit! The 2 day trip was the perfect choice for us - first was the overnight stay and the surroundings the perfect contrast to Phuket and we could be at the reservoir early in the morning in front of all tourists!

Simba Sea Trips runs a class act!!! Five star service on everything we experienced during our two-day jungle excursion. Our personal guide, Patrick, was SUPER informative and provided luxury service for all our requests. The jungle experience at the elephant sanctuary was LIFE CHANGING... A MUST DO for anyone visiting Thailand! Simba arranged for a gorgeous eco lodge nestled in a spectacular jungle with the most delicious food and comfortable accomodations. And as a surprise, we added a once in a lifetime bamboo raft, river cruise where the experienced locals showed us a wide array of animals. Nothing could have prepared us for the awe inspiring, natural world wonder vistas, kayaking, swim and lunch in Ban Chiao Lake... ANOTHER MUST EXPERIENCE FOR ALL!!! THANK YOU PAUL, PATRICK and the rest of the amazing staff at Simba Sea Trips... we can't wait to bring friends and call on you again for more incredible sea adventures in Thailand!

Firstly, our tour guide M was the best tour guide we had in Thailand! Very kind, professional and helpful. Thank you M so much for making this tour wonderful! The highlight of this tour is definitely the boat ride to the floating restaurant where yoj can take a swim and enjoy the amazing landscape. It would have been my favorite tour if it wasnt for so much traveling in the van from one place to another. But still, 5 stars. Had a wonderful time :)

I’m still giving this tour a 5/5 because the views are breathtaking and we had an amazing time! However, we originally booked this tour because we thought it would involve some hiking through the park & sightseeing local wildlife. There isn’t any of this, and stop on this tour is at least an hour drive from the last. It took us about 1-1.5 hours to get to our first stop at the temple, absolutely stunning! We were the first group there, so we had it all to ourselves. I would recommend bringing our own snacks if you’re not a fan of Thai food because that’s all they served (spring rolls, sticky rice, curry, etc) The park itself is absolutely stunning, it looks like something out of Avatar! We had a few hours to relax after lunch for swimming, then it was another hour to our last stop at monkey temple. I would absolutely recommend this trip for the sightseeing, and recommend this company. Simba is very professional, very knowledgeable & were always on time.

Favorite part was the breathtaking views while on the boat and the empty temple in the forest. Friendly guide, delicious food, spectacular views, small group, empty temples and WiFi in the van... what else could you ask for!? IG: withering_roses

My husband and I Traveled with Simba Sea TOurs some 9 years ago. So, when we went back to Phuket in January we knew who to book our tours through. The Jungle Trip to Khao Sok National Park was an eyeopening experience and one not to be missed We started the day very early with Tour Guide Mr M and driver Mr A. There were only 9 passengers with makes the tour all the more special. Mr M's knowledge and experience was very good and enjoyable. Free wifi on the bus is very much appreciated so you can update and share photos with others on the tour. A must do tour.

Did this day trip during our honeymoon and it turned out to be one of the main highlights of our trip. Went to a beautiful temple on our way to the national park, where we took an unforgettable boat right out to a floating restaurant for a group lunch. Amazing day out in Thailand.

Firstly, the amazing thing about this trip was the size of the group. We had 9 people which meant that we could all ask questions of our tour guide "M", at any given moment. The vehicle which picked us up was exactly on time and luxurious with spacious air-conditioned leather interior and on-board Wi-Fi which was very fast! Our tour guide "M" was the best tour guide I have ever had the pleasure of being led by. He gave us everything and was very raw. M took us on an emotional trip with him from the early hours of the morning until the evening when we got home. M shared with us his local knowledge as well facts about himself which added to the authenticity of the trip. M is the most 'real' tour guide I've ever met and that is what was so admirable. Not to mention M is a skilled photographer who is also more than happy to pause the tour to make sure everyone gets the photos that they travelled all that distance for. (M shares the photos he takes of you using the on-board WI-FI going in between stops). The pace of the tour was unrivalled. You WILL HAVE AMPLE TIME TO RELAX at the lake and soak in the atmosphere of being on a floating hotel and restaurant. The meal was exceptional and the table was replenished and replenished until you were bound to be full. (You can stop and relax when you like!) We met friendly monkeys, visited stunning temples, rode a traditional boat through stunning cliffs until arriving at a beautiful hotel and restaurant floating on a lake. What more could you want from an adventure?! How about regular refreshments, because that was also included. Amazingly structured and well thought-out. Well worth the money, every cent of it.
