5.00Great Christmas day luau! Good food and a great show. The energy was wonderful! We decided to spend Christmas in Hawaii, and luau was definitely on our list. We found this event online, and we weren’t disappointed. The reviews were good, but we didn’t know what to expect for a Christmas day show. We had been to luaus in the past, and the unique elements that they added to the show for that special day were great. The crowd was large, but the show still felt inclusive. It was a great family activity for Christmas

3.00The food was good and the show was excellent - at least as much as I could see of it. We paid for a package with transportation, only to find out there was no transportation. The agent I spoke to offered to upgrade us, but it's hard to believe it was an upgrade when we were sitting in the very back of the area. Hard to see. Had to move many times to see past all of the tall people in front of me. I would recommend this, but I would insist on better seats! Way in the back made it just too hard to see what was happening.

1.00deeply saddened by our experience at this luau. we were expecting a “family style buffet” and we were served a to-go box filled with food touching which didnt seem very accommodating to those with allergies. also it was very unpleasing being that we ate our meal in a mall hallway that was hot and full of flies. the show was not entertaining and the overall experience was disappointing for sure. I feel horrible that I brought my family here during our vacation and our experience did not satisfy.

4.00The venue is a shopping center plaza, so the stage is same level as seating. Regardless of seat price level, it is challenging to see all of the show. Audio did not work until the middle of the show. The food was basic with few choices.

1.00This felt like a high school play with an EXTREMELY over priced ticket. The food was good but the buffet was nothing fancy. Seating is folding chairs and tables. For nearly $300 I would expect a bit more. We left early.
