5.00I've experienced luaus on all the major Hawaiian islands, and this is my favorite by far. The food was tasty, the service- excellent, and the show was energetic and so well staged and performed! I was totally caught up in it, and my grandchildren were, too.
Great show, but expect relentless timeshare harassment

2.00The luau itself was fine and the performances were professional, but be warned: within 24 hours of booking this through Viator, my private contact info was leaked to timeshare marketers. I have been hounded for days via phone and text by individuals explicitly claiming to be from "Ka Moana Luau" to pressure me into attending a "travel presentation" for a free upgrade. I have used Viator many times and never experienced such a blatant breach of privacy. This operator is clearly harvesting manifest data to fuel a high-pressure sales funnel. If you value your privacy and don't want your vacation interrupted by constant spam calls, I would strongly suggest booking a different luau.

1.00The food was tasteless and cold, the person who was showing us to our table was rude to my husband. The show was good and the performers were all very talented, but it really didn't make up for the horrible food and the rude staff member. I wouldn't recommend, too much money for what you get.

3.00Food was great! Show was great! The seating kind of sucked and the drink ticket not actually covering the full cost of the drinks was annoying. Wish that was explained better in the booking process. They said they validate parking but somehow we still owed $10 when we left the parking lot. All and all a great show, just a little pricy for the drinks to not be fully covered.
