Overall great experience that I’m glad I found. However, one major critique I have is that there was not enough food. It was advertised as a buffet but the food did not stay out for a long time. At least an announcement could have been made from the front about last call before the show starts. When my partner and I went back to grab more, we were told “there’s no more food”. That’s unacceptable given what we paid for the experience. A buffet implies endless access to the food.

Well organized. Great emcee and talented dancers. A beautiful Polynesian tour and feast. We had fun making flower bracelets before the show, too.

This was our first time in Hawaii and our first luau experience, and my daughter and I had an amazing time. We especially enjoyed the hands-on activities offered prior to the show. The staff were all welcoming and engaging. Definitely kid friendly! We were upgraded to the Celebrity package, which was a nice surprise. One small suggestion for improvement: instead of all the drink tickets the Celebrity package could include one photo and the shuttle service. Guests are still likely to purchase additional drinks regardless due to the long length of the show. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly had a great time.

I was not impressed at all. I didn't expect much on the food front although it is catered by the Chart House my hopes were high. Not the case. Bland and served on cheap cardboard sectioned plates. I took the bus from the hotel pick-up and the ride was nice. Once you get there, you wait in one line, to wait in another line to get pictures taken and then get taken to your seat. Then wait in another line to get your food and another line to get drink. I was expecting oceanfront but it's on the bay. About 10% of the crowd were into it. The other 90% were there to check off a box to say they went to a Luau. Very disappointed. I went to the Germaine's Luau in 2019 and it was much much better!!! They had the pigs cooked right there and the food was authentic and very tasty. Even the performers seemed bored but they tried to keep a smile. I could go on and on but I think I summed it all up.
10/10 Best!

Worst luau ever do not book! Not authentic at all. This was literally set up in a parking lot by a marina. Not on the beach, they don’t show you how the pig is cooked, and there is nothing authentic about it. And within the first 45 min they must’ve asked for a 5-star review 6 times. We left after the first hour because it was so bad. Really an insult to Hawaiian culture the way they try to pull this off as an authentic luau. It was like being at a 5 year olds birthday party. Disappointing beyond words.

Beautiful views and great area, well organized, plenty of food and drinks. Get there early as they have some activities available (included) before the luau starts.
