Highly recommend the luau, it exceeded our expectations. The entertainment was amazing, the food was excellent. We recommend paying the extra $$ for better seats, you won't be disappointed.

Transport good. Activities time restricted (not enough time for hats and leis), need more stations. Food was unpalatable, chicken and pork ok, veggies not cooked, noodles horrible taste, rice dry. Need to check what is not eaten and change. Drinks were limited to mai-tai or additional fee charged (if you advertise free drink tickets, they should be FREE). In reality I paid $40 more for 2 drink tickets and was charged $10 more for blue Hawaiian. So $30 per drink. They should have used my 2 tickets for 1 drink 🤷♀️. Show was incredible, dancers were very good!

Good food and performances! It was oceanside but not the same atmosphere as there was a big fence and cargo ships in the background so no ocean view. Nice to be by the Aloha Tower! Not a huge variety of food options compared to other luau experiences.

The performers were good. Of course the fire was the highlight of it all. I purchased celebrity tickets so I sat in the front. It’s not a big venue so there really wasn’t a bad seat . Food was not so good. My package included table side service but I would have preferred serving myself what I wanted and how much I wanted. If they wanted to make it special for the package I purchased, they should have just made a line for our package. There was a lot of food wastage. The food was bland. They had pork, noodles, chicken, rice (undercooked),watermelon, chocolate cake poi , and fish. The fish was tooooootally hammered, hard as a rock. They offered water and a couple types of juices. My package gave us two drinks and a welcome Mai tai. I don’t drink alcohol and they really don’t cater to non alcoholic drinkers. They did have some mocktails but I had to “pay extra” for something I had already paid for. That I didn’t understand. The location is in front of the Aloha Tower. It’s right in front of the bay. The pictures make it seem it’s oceanfront but it is not. Plus, i think they were under construction and didn’t even get to see the water. My biggest gripe was the bathroom situation. Two bathrooms, one men’s and one women’s for EVERYONE. Would I do this luau again, absolutely not. If you want authentic, dish out the dollars and go to the Polynesian Cultural Center.

They overcharge if you buy the tickets beforehand. We could have gotten the luau for almost half the price if purchased on the island for the exact show. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The setting felt more like an at-home BBQ than an actual luau. It was held on a run-down college campus that was under major construction, with absolutely no beach or island atmosphere. The food was mediocre and reminded me of a family picnic, not a premium experience. I paid around $425, and the entire time they kept pushing upgrades for even more money. The “VIP” upgrade basically came down to a slightly nicer necklace and one extra “free” watered-down drink. Definitely not worth it. If you can’t tell, I’m extremely disappointed and honestly feel ripped off for such a poor-quality experience. I would like a refund.

The show itself was great! The dancers are so talented. the costumes fit the storyline to each dance. We were entertained from beginning to end. I had 2 Mai Tai's which were tasty and included in my drink tickets. The one area that was a bit disappointing was the all you can eat food buffet. There wasnt anything that I thought was truly delicious or worth having seconds of. But it was about the show not the food.

I regret not booking a luau that was away from the city. Missed the pig roast. Also, they filled your plate which I didn’t like, I would have preferred getting my own food. I don’t care for seafood, so I would have skipped that. Thought they’d have more fruit. The show was very good, though!
