Cruise the sheltered waters of Oyster Harbour and the ancient Kalgan River whilst listening to a live and humerous commentary about the history, wildlife and why Albany is the home of ANZAC. With more the eighteen years of us cruising the wildlife has accepted us as part of the eco system. You will get up close and personal at the same time as learning about what you are seeing. The vessel also has a glass bottom.

5.00We have been living in Albany for 4 years, and all I can say is why did it take us sooo long to go on Captain Jack's Kalgan Queen. Bought as a Mothers Day present for my Wife and 2 kids we all had a blast. From the first warm welcome from the charismatic Captain Jack to the end of the 4hr river tour we were transfixed and mesmerised by his immense knowledge of Albany and story telling. I would love to write all the amazing moments we shared on this river cruise, but to be honest, I would hate to spoil the surprises for anyone else. All in all I and my whole family thoroughly recommend Captain Jack and the Kalgan Queen River Cruise to anyone visiting Albany, but also anyone who lives here, he is a great treasure to have in the Great Southern. Thanks for the memories Captain Jack, we will be sure to sail once again on the Kalgan Queen.

5.00I went on this trip 20years ago with my sister and family and it was the best trip then..this year I bought my sister back to go on the Kalgan Queen. Jack you are hilarious, the funniest Captain I've ever met. Your knowledge of the area is immense, I learnt so much from you. The Kalgan Queen is the best trip you will ever do. It's a must.

5.00A great day on the water with Jack and his feathered friends particularly for nature lovers. We learned a lot about the bird life and the surrounding area. It was great to meet the pelicans especially Pearl and her entourage. Mum’s damper was pretty good too.
