Our tour with Midori was a great introduction to Kamakura. My husband and I were the only two on this weekday tour so we essentially had a private tour. She was informative and managed enough time at each site without us ever feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour for its value and quality.

Had an amazing time with our guide Miyu on our Kamakura walking tour! The Great Buddha is just something that needs to be seen in real life (the pics look great but it is even better in person). We also saw Tsurugoaka Hachimangu shrine which had a Spring Festival on that day which was awesome to see! Miyu was a fantastic guide, extremely knowledgeable and lovely especially to our kids. Highly recommend Miyu and the Kamakura walking tour!

I had a wonderful experience on the Kamakura tour today. It was both interesting and enjoyable from start to finish. Our guide, Midori, explained everything in a very engaging and easy-to-follow way. She used illustrations, which made the stories even more vivid and helped bring the history to life. The information was well-structured, clear, and never overwhelming — just the perfect balance of depth and storytelling. Thank you so much, Midori, for such a memorable tour, and also for the lovely souvenirs — such a thoughtful and kind gesture! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kamakura.
