Midori was a fantastic tour guide for our day trip to Kamakura with two teenage boys. We took a quick train from Tokyo and really enjoyed our time learning about Kamakura and exploring with Midori. She made it easy to just show up and enjoy the sights and taste delicious food after the tour. The tour was the perfect amount of time. Would highly recommend!

This tour was really interesting ! You can think that a three and half hour tour is a lot, but time flowed very quickly. Our guide knew a lot about the history of the city, and was very kind to explain some japanese culture. Just be careful to have cash on you for when you go to the temple, you have to pay the admission fee. Also, it's convenient if you want to buy the temples stamps.

Midori-san was a fantastic guide for an introduction to Kamakura! She tailored the tour to meet my interests and experiences, providing insights I could not have uncovered without her guidance. Her knowledge and insights about Japanese life, history, and culture brought a deeper understanding of the influences of the Shogun on Kamakura's the art, language, and culinary delights. I will definitely book this tour again when I return with friends next year!
