5.00I had an amazing experience on the Springbrook tour! Our guide Victor was absolutely fantastic — attentive, considerate, and always making sure everyone was comfortable. 5.00The guide gave us very good information and explained everything in a clear and interesting way. He also provided fruit, water, and snacks, which was a very nice detail. At every waterfall we had more than enough time for photos, never felt rushed, and could really enjoy the views. The 7 waterfalls were all amazing and each one felt complete, with time to explore. The walks between them were beautiful and relaxing. The transport was very comfortable, with good music, and everything was well organized. The guide was funny, friendly, and easy to talk to, not distant at all, which made the day even better. I really recommend this tour—it was a perfect mix of nature, good organization, and a great guide.

5.00This was my second tour with them! I had an amazing day with Paradise Tours exploring Springbrook National Park. The waterfalls were beautiful, and the walks were easy and very enjoyable. Our guide was super friendly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and relaxed. We had plenty of time at each spot to take photos and just enjoy the scenery. I really appreciated the small group atmosphere and all the little details, like snacks and cold drinks throughout the day. Highly recommended!!

5.00We had a wonderful family day exploring Springbrook National Park with Paradise Tours! From start to finish, Victor made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed, almost like a private tour just for us. He was always patient and thoughtful, adapting the walking pace for my parents and making sure we could stop at every scenic spot that caught our eye. Even though we didn’t do every walking trail, we still got to visit several beautiful waterfalls and viewpoints without ever feeling rushed. Victor also brought plenty of snacks and drinks (the custard cream bread was a highlight!), and he surprised us with free Polaroid photos at the end, a lovely touch. We really appreciated how he managed the day so smoothly and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Springbrook is stunning and Paradise Tours made it even more special. Highly recommended!
