1.00We booked the kayak and snorkel tour for 3 adults and 1 child at 4 p.m. on July 15th. However, it didn't happen because they canceled it without notifying us in advance. We found out through other people, so we contacted the Awa company responsible for the tour, and she confirmed that it wouldn't happen and that I could choose to reschedule or request a refund. Since I was returning to my country the next morning, I requested a refund. They told me it would be in my account within 72 hours, but so far, I haven't received a message or a refund of the €81.
