Excellent service, company reached out through Viator messaging a few days prior to confirm which cruise line we would be sailing on. The driver arrived early and reached out by WhatsApp and was then waiting inside the pick up area with a sign for a us. I would definitely use this service again if I was visiting Iceland.

Our driver never showed. When I called the operator, he said the driver would call me. He didn't call for 30 minutes. Ended up taking a taxi.
