No need to print out the voucher. • Hotel Connection is operated by SmartBus. • The bus drives from Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik Terminal, located in Skogarhlid 10, 105 Reykjavik, it takes about 45 minutes. • At Reykjavik Terminal you will change to a green SmartBus that will take you to your accommodation or nearest bus stop in the City. • You do need to pre book your bus ticket in order to have a guaranteed seat on the bus. 4.00When we arrived in Reyjkavik we learned via email that the company originally scheduled to provide the transfer had lost its airport contract but that our tickets would be honored by other providers, leaving us to just guess where to begin. FlyBus honored our tickets and they have a very efficient operation. Upon boarding the bus, we were asked for hotel name and given a color-coded ticket. We were driven to the bus depot where we transferred to the smaller bus tagged the same color as our tickets. This shuttle took us directly to our hotel. FlyBus did a wonderful job. It would be helpful to know that they were using GateOne buses that day in addition to FlyBus logo vehicles so it could be a little confusing.

3.00Viator lost there airport privileges. Switched us to Fly Bus. Dropped us off at bus stop 6…not hotel drop off. At bus stop 6 we had no idea where the hotel was. This is not hotel drop off as advertised. Very sad

5.00Great deal, reasonably comfortable and clean bus, easy and friendly transportation. Organized by area so you get a pass for your area and he drops people off at the terminal and then you climb into a smaller van which goes to the bus stop

1.00Tour operator didn’t show. Email day prior saying they had lost their contract with the airport but that my voucher was still good for a departure. Then didn’t show. Still waiting on a refund.

3.00The shuttle from the airport to town is as you would expect. However… When you arrive at the bus terminal, you are directed to another bus—color coordinated to your ticket which will take you to a stop that may be at your hotel or—in our case—about 5 blocks from your hotel. With suitcases and uneven sidewalks, that became a major issue. So by all means take the shuttle into town, but take a taxi from the bus terminal to your hotel. (Do it in the opposite order going back to the airport)
