5.00First the challenges...we booked with Viator who arranged transportation thru Reykjavik Excursions. Bus from Port to terminal, then transfer to second bus. Very confusing, not much guidance. Arrived at Blue Lagoon and they didn't recognize the info we had from Viator. The lady made a phone call and figured it out, but it took a while. Need to streamline that. Once we got thru that the Blue Lagoon was amazing. Would highly recommend. Advice: Don't need bathrobes Don't need aqua shoes or flip flops Travel light. They provide lockers and towels. Bring swim suit, it's all you need...and a credit card.

5.00Very easy to arrange pickup (available at various locations). Since we were going back to a ship in port, we were picked up there and after quick transfer to main bus got to Blue Lagoon very easily. All went very smooth and completely as expected - no issues. Additionally, vs dropping us off where we were initially picked up our driver dropped us right at our docked boat - very nice service! You can spend as much time as you want there - we stayed about 2.5 hrs.

4.00Was a nice respite when traveling and worth a visit. Well run operation at the Blue Lagoon and many ways to pamper yourself. Only reason for the 4 star is the lack of communication on the transportation. Pickup is clear but there was NO information from the driver about pickup times. They only run back to Reykjavík every 2 hours so if you don’t know that you can be waiting a long time. Had 2 people with walking problems so waiting around for 2 hours was not convenient and once the bus did come back we couldn’t get on until 15 minutes before departure. Premium package deserves a better transport experience.

5.00I am so glad I did this. I was a little worried it would feel like an overcrowded tourist trap and while there are always people there, it is so organized and professionally managed that you do relax. And the scenery around the lagoon feels like you are on another planet. The package included drink bathrobe and facial masks - all of which added to the fun. Next time I may try one of the other lagoons for comparison but this was a really good experience.
