5.00Really well organised and simple way to experience the Blue Lagoon. The bus was easy to locate and comfortable. Pick up was convenient. Blue Lagoon was amazing! Premium package is worth it if you want to experience all the masks and you get 2 free drinks and a robe to wear.

5.00Bought through viatour. Communication from the company was brilliant and updated regularly. Picked up from BSI terminal on time. We booked the 9am transfer. Stayed until 1:15 due to other tours booked. Managed to upgrade for a discount. This included extra masks, drinks and use of robe. The whole experience was brilliant. There is nothing else like it. Even the drive there is scenic. Would recommend it for every visit. Maybe take ear warmers though as it was so cold when windy.
A must when in Iceland.

5.00This experience was great, my husband and I loved it. The bus is easy to find and it is convenient to have transportation there and back. The bus was on time, and a nice/easy ride. Once there they check you in and send you to the locker rooms to change and put everything in the locker. They will remind you that you need to shower before entering the lagoon, and you must do this without your bathing suit on. The shower stalls are private with a door! They give you a robe to use, which is nice to keep you warm and walk around the locker room in. Once in the lagoon, it can be a bit crowded, but the temperature if perfect! You can get drinks and mud masks. There are some saunas and dry steam rooms, plus a quiet area in the lagoon. It is incredible! Once you're done they will hand you a towel, and you can go back into the locker room to shower and change. The showers have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included in them. There is even a bathing suit dryer and hair dryer. this was a really nice experience, and we would go again in a heartbeat!

3.00The Blue Lagoon itself was wonderful. The water was lovely, the masks made our faces feel wonderful. The employees are VERY helpful, very tolerant of people who have no clue on what to do. Getting there....that nearly didn't happen. Reykjavik Excursions did not crown themselves with glory. To the contrary. We arrived at the meeting place well before the 10 AM time for our excursion. We met two people who had been waiting for their 9 AM bus since before 8:15 AM. When a bus with a Blue Lagoon sign arrived, I checked with the driver who told us we weren't with her. We waited in vain for our bus to arrive, abandoned and ignored by Reykjavik Excursions. We called Trip Advisor direct, the agent talked to Reykjavik Excursions who claimed they came and we did not respond when our names were called. This is the same thing the people waiting since 8:15 were told. A blatant lie. Approximately 40 minutes from the 10 AM scheduled pickup time, a FlyBus finally came by, took us all to the transit station, and we were able to transfer to a bus that took us to Blue Lagoon. We finally arrived, a good hour after our reservation time and close to two hours for the other people. Fortunately, the return trip went smoothly, no issues.

1.00I went to were Viator told me in the rain an there was no BUS I waited for 2 hours asked people that was there and they said no bus for Blue LAGOON went back to the ship called BUS Company they said they were sorry I will get a full refund when I got home called VIATOR were is my refund they only gave me $43.78, I played $198.00 THAT is not a FULL REFUND The BUS NEVER SHOWED DON'T TRUST VIATOR
