This was a great experience. It was fantastic to listen to Glenn who made the show in an interesting and spectacular event on the 2nd January 2026. It was our last evening at our trip to Iceland and even i was a bit worried about how a topic like lave could fill a entire show. But all around the presentation was perfectly timed, understandable and with a lot of wow-effects. I only can recommend the lava-show to Iceland visitors because after that you understand much more about Iceland. Thank you very much for this nice evening and experience!

An awesome experience. Both visually impressive and educational. The auditorium is small enough to ensure everyone has a good view. If you are in Iceland this is well work a visit.

The lava show was fantastic and full of interesting facts. Fascinating to watch actual lava and how it reacts to different elements. Paid the extra and went premium, in my opinion its worth it.

We booked classic tickets as a family of 4 (children aged 13 and 10) which are seated downstairs (premium tickets are upstairs) Glad we were downstairs as the kids got a really good view of the lava. Our host Ian was very knowledgeable, engaging and funny - lots of Dad jokes which we appreciated. Glad this was one of our first activities when we arrived in Iceland as the kids were then excited to point out things we had learnt from the show as we visited other sites. If you have a genuine interest in the geology of Iceland, you'll enjoy this show.

Enjoyed the lava show - the lady was informative, enthusiastic and answered questions. Seeing the lava up close was cool and you could really feel the heat. It was great doing this before the lava cave experience as could imagine the lava flowing!

Loved this short but entertaining and informative lava session. Iain, our guide, was excellent. A good mix of fun, geology and history. Even my teenagers put down their phones

Great experience for our family, children ranging from 10-14. Samantha was engaging to listen to and we all learned a great deal from her geological knowledge. Well worth a visit.
