Your first stop is at the Thingvellir National Park, the UNESCO listed World Heritage Site. This is where the American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet, which allows you the unique feeling of having one foot in each world. Next destination is the famous Geysir Hot Spring. Watch Strokkur erupt every few minutes up to 30 meters high. Here you can buy a lunch during the stop. Gullfoss the Golden Waterfall is next and will amaze you with its beauty and raw power. Adding even more, you will visit the Kerid Volcanic Crater before heading off the Blue Lagoon for a relaxing end to a great day.

5.00The guide was extremely informative, the tour was great as well aa educational. It is a long day but well worth the cost. The coach is of medium size so there aren’t people crammed in, which was nice. Everything ran according to the itinerary timings. I accidentally left my swimming costume on the coach and the guide was kind enough to contact me and drop it off at my hotel! Super friendly and it was a lovely to way to end our last day in Iceland! Purchasing premium for the blue lagoon is worth it as you can’t really put your money anywhere, so could be restricted to one drink (and you are there for 2 hours). We also met some lovely people on the tour too. All in all a well enjoyed tour. 5 stars.

5.00We had a great time on the Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon tour. The guide took us to all the main attractions in the Golden circle and even stopped at a farm so we could meet some horses. He planned it so that we had plenty of time to relax at the Blue Lagoon and still got back to Reykjavik on time. The trip was definitely worth it.

He was kind and thoughtful to the group’s needs and ensured we were all able to get the best from each area we visited. The day passed very quickly, a fantastic tour.
