What To Expect
Seventy-Five Mile Beach
Experience the excitement of the worlds best beach drive in one of our purpose built “Warrior” 4WD vehicles. Specially designed and engineered for our day tours, they are simply the toughest and most comfortable 4WD on Fraser. Once on Fraser Island, we travel along the spectacular Seventy Five Mile Beach to explore the natural beauty of this magnificent wilderness. Take in the ancient rain forest of the island with a stunning walk through towering Satinay and Brushbox trees. Keep an eye out for native wildlife as you wander.
Lake McKenzie
On to the beautiful freshwater Lake McKenzie where you can spend an hour relaxing, swimming and enjoying the scenery. Enjoy an authentic Aussie lunch tops off a perfect day of discovery on the World’s largest sand island! Return through more towering forests and navigate your way down the ‘sandy highway’ before returning to Noosa in the evening.

5.00Jenai, you flipping legend. Such a fun day, wish we could have stayed for more. Thanks for keeping us company on your day off. P.S. Jellyfish are born through a complex, multi-stage life cycle, starting as fertilized eggs that hatch into larva (planula) and settle onto a hard surface to become polyps. These polyps clone themselves before eventually segmenting and releasing tiny, swimming juvenile jellyfish called ephyra, which grow into adult medusae.

5.00Stunning day trip to paradise. Our guide, Dan F, was fantastic, very knowledgeable and down to earth. Ferry over, 4WD ride to our stop and had swam in Lake McKenzie, had a beautiful, guided walk through a small piece of rainforest, spotted 3 dingos and had a brilliant day. It’s a bouncy ride but so worth it for the scenery and experience. If you appreciate natural beauty, then don’t miss this trip.

5.00What a brilliant day. Picked up in Rainbow Beach and our guide, Dan was down to earth and had lots of interesting information to share. The 4WD vehicle was comfortable and very bouncy. K’gari met all our expectations, we saw dingoes, walked in the rainforest, swam in a fresh water lake and visited the shipwreck. Lunch was delicious and we had afternoon snacks too. Great tunes on the bus too! Couldn’t have asked for a better day and thanks Dan for great driving.
Great day trip, superb tour guide and a long time in the tour bus.

4.00Picked up at the Surf Club and short trip to the ferry, nice trip along the beach and into the rainforest. Cuppa and cake followed by the lake and lunch, very bumpy decent back to the beach. Stopping off at the wreck and the stream, managed to see three dingos too. The tour guide was awesome and really funny. Enjoyed the day but was glad to get off at the end, a lot of travelling involved in the trip.

5.00If you would like a comprehensive visit to this UNESCO World Heritage site, this is a MUST tour. We were TOTALLY impressed by the amount of ground we covered while seeing so much of K'gari. Moreover, among other things, we saw numerous dingoes, experienced a unique rain forest, got to swim in a fresh water lake, and saw a historical ship wreck. Meanwhile, others on the tour also tubed down a freshwater creek and took an airplane flight of the island, taking-off/landing right off the beach. This was definitely a first-class tour complete with expert commentary.
